I began my career in the rapid prototyping industry in December 2003, working as a sales engineer at a prototyping company in Hong Kong.
From June 2006 to May 2010, I was a Shareholder and Sales Director at Star Prototype China Limited (now Star Rapid Limited). For those four years, I led the sales and project management teams, focusing specifically on export projects. I also supported the CEO, Gordon Styles, in managing the factory operations. During this time, I gained valuable experience in combining Western management practices and technical expertise with the manufacturing environment in China, particularly for rapid prototyping, CNC machining, rapid injection molding, and die casting services.
