The tooling shop is divided into two parts. First, the mold machining workshop produces the core components — cavities, cores, inserts, and slides. Then, in the mold fabrication shop, we handle fitting and assembly. What you get in the end is a perfect snelle tooling of productiegereedschappen.

Mikron (CH) & Haas (US) for extreme precision; 20+ Taida/Baofeng mills for rapid roughing and capacity.

The injection molding shop is where we use molds to produce custom plastic parts. Different molding processes use different types of machines. And what you get are plastic parts, whether in small batches or high volume.

The high-speed prototyping workshop is where we machine your designs directly into real parts using CNC — no molds needed. What you get are fast, precise prototypes, whether you need just one piece or a small batch.

21 original HAAS centers, spearheaded by four UMC-750 5-Axis machines and 17 Super-Speed (VF-4SS / VF-2SS) vertical mills.
