How long will the quotation take?

Basically, we respond within 24H when receive the RFQ. If the quote is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible

What type of files could be used when quoting?

We can accept 3D CAD files in STL, STEP ,Solid work or IGES format. 2D drawings. And please note 2D drawing only could be quoted in a rough price.

How many kinds of surface finishes does Firstmold provide?

You need to decide whether injection mold services is a good fit for your business basing on the complexity of the parts you need and the volume too. FirstMold’s injection molding services can be used to produce parts with the required large volume and accurately specified quality and precision. If your project includes complex geometries, high tolerances, and material options from plastic to silicone, we provide value engineering and innovative services.

Are lead times in working days or calendar days?

Lead times in working days, and basically we work 6 days in a week.
If you project is urgently, we can arrange to work overtime on Sunday if needed.

Can Firstmold China Limited achieve the critical tolerances?

What are Firstmold China Limited shipping terms?

Can I get credit with Firstmold China Limited?

For the prototyping, basically the new client need to pay in advanced for the first 5 orders then start the production. After that we will consider paying before shipment
But as for the tooling orders , it require a 50% deposit in advance, and the balance must be paid after T1 samples were approved.

How can I pay Firstmold China Limited?

Now we accept bank to bank wire transfer only.

How quickly can I get my prototype?

It is depend on the part’s tolerance, structure or other special features. It would be better if you can send us your project then give you a more accurate lead times.
As for the shipping , basically it will take about 3-4 working days from China to Europe, 1-2 working days to USA if via air shipment.

Will my design be protected?

We accept customer-supplied material for machining if it fits with our machine capabilities.

Can Firstmold create the CAD model for me

We do not offer any design services, and 2D drawing only for quoting , we need a CAD model when start the production.
