<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u949b\u5728\u9ad8\u6e29\u4e0b\u4ecd\u80fd\u4fdd\u6301\u826f\u597d\u7684\u7ed3\u6784\u5b8c\u6574\u6027\u548c\u5f3a\u5ea6\uff0c\u800c\u94dd\u5408\u91d1\u5728\u9ad8\u6e29\u4e0b\u901a\u5e38\u4f1a\u660e\u663e\u51cf\u5f31\u3002\u867d\u7136\u949b\u7684\u6027\u80fd\u5728\u6781\u9ad8\u6e29\u4e0b\u4e5f\u4f1a\u53d7\u5230\u5f71\u54cd\uff0c\u4f46\u5728\u8bb8\u591a\u9ad8\u6e29\u5e94\u7528\u4e2d\uff0c\u949b\u7684\u6027\u80fd\u90fd\u4f18\u4e8e\u94dd\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u949b\u662f\u8fdb\u884c\u9ad8\u8981\u6c42\u3001\u9ad8\u8d28\u91cf\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u6750\u6599\u3002 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u949b\u4e5f\u56e0\u5176\u5de8\u5927\u7684\u7f8e\u5b66\u6f5c\u529b\u548c\u591a\u529f\u80fd\u7684\u8868\u9762\u5904\u7406\u800c\u6781\u5177\u5438\u5f15\u529b\u3002\u5b83\u81ea\u7136\u5448\u73b0\u51fa\u73b0\u4ee3\u7684\u94f6\u7070\u8272\u3002\u5728\u4fdd\u6301\u5176\u5f3a\u5ea6\u7684\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u5b83\u8fd8\u53ef\u4ee5\u7ecf\u8fc7\u9633\u6781\u6c27\u5316\u5904\u7406\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u5176\u4ed6\u591a\u79cd\u989c\u8272\u9009\u62e9\u3002\u5b83\u7684\u5916\u89c2\u8fd8\u80fd\u63d0\u5347\u4e0d\u540c\u5c0f\u5de5\u5177\u7684\u4ef7\u503c\uff0c\u5982\u667a\u80fd\u624b\u673a\u5916\u58f3\u3001\u773c\u955c\u6846\u548c\u4e0d\u540c\u989c\u8272\u7684\u624b\u8868\u3002 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u8fd9\u79cd\u6750\u6599\u7684\u5316\u5b66\u60f0\u6027\u4f7f\u5176\u80fd\u591f\u5b89\u5168\u5730\u5e94\u7528\u4e8e\u4eba\u4f53\u7ed3\u6784\u3002\u8fd9\u5305\u62ec\u5047\u80a2\u548c\u5916\u79d1\u690d\u5165\u7269\u3002\u949b\u7684\u8010\u7528\u6027\u5bf9\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u53d1\u5c55\u5177\u6709\u79ef\u6781\u5f71\u54cd\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 \u7ea7\uff08Ti-6Al-4V\uff09\u662f\u6700\u53d7\u6b22\u8fce\u7684\u5408\u91d1\u3002\u5b83\u542b\u6709 6% \u94dd\u548c 4% \u9492\u3002\u8be5\u5408\u91d1\u5177\u6709\u9ad8\u6297\u62c9\u5f3a\u5ea6\u548c\u5f3a\u5927\u7684\u8010\u8150\u8680\u6027\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u4e0e\u5176\u4ed6\u949b\u5408\u91d1\u76f8\u6bd4\uff0c\u5b83\u8fd8\u5177\u6709\u76f8\u5bf9\u8f83\u597d\u7684\u53ef\u52a0\u5de5\u6027\u3002\u8fd9\u79cd\u5408\u91d1\u5728\u822a\u7a7a\u822a\u5929\u3001\u533b\u7597\u884c\u4e1a\u548c\u9ad8\u7aef\u6d88\u8d39\u54c1\u9886\u57df\u5177\u6709\u91cd\u8981\u4f5c\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 \u7ea7\u949b\u7684\u6027\u8d28\u66f4\u8f6f\u3001\u5ef6\u5c55\u6027\u66f4\u597d\u3002\u5f53\u9700\u8981\u9632\u8150\u8680\u4f46\u4e0d\u9700\u8981\u9ad8\u6297\u62c9\u5f3a\u5ea6\u65f6\uff0c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4eba\u5458\u901a\u5e38\u4f1a\u9009\u62e9 2 \u7ea7\u949b\u7528\u4e8e\u5316\u5de5\u8bbe\u5907\u548c\u8239\u8236\u88c5\u7f6e\u3002\u8bb8\u591a\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5e08\u9009\u62e9 2 \u7ea7\u949b\u662f\u4e3a\u4e86\u4fbf\u4e8e\u52a0\u5de5\u548c\u710a\u63a5\u3002\u5b83\u7684\u9ad8\u6210\u578b\u6027\u4f7f\u5176\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u5efa\u7b51\u8986\u5c42\u548c\u5b9a\u5236\u91d1\u5c5e\u5236\u54c1\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-grade-23-ti-6al-4v-eli\">23 \u7ea7\uff08Ti-6Al-4V ELI\uff09<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>23 \u53f7\u5408\u91d1\uff08Ti-6Al-4V ELI\uff09\u5177\u6709\u4f4e\u6742\u8d28\u7ed3\u6784\u548c\u4f18\u4e8e 5 \u53f7\u5408\u91d1\u7684\u751f\u7269\u76f8\u5bb9\u6027\uff0c\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u5408\u91d1\u3002\u5b83\u662f\u533b\u7597\u8bbe\u5907\u548c\u690d\u5165\u7269\u7684\u6700\u4f73\u9009\u62e9\uff0c\u5728\u8fd9\u4e9b\u8bbe\u5907\u548c\u690d\u5165\u7269\u4e2d\uff0c\u5f3a\u5ea6\u548c\u4e0e\u6e29\u5ea6\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u8150\u8680\u4fdd\u62a4\u662f\u5fc5\u4e0d\u53ef\u5c11\u7684\u3002Ti-10V-2Fe-3Al\u7b49\u03b2\u5408\u91d1\u662f\u5173\u952e\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-when-do-we-need-to-consider-other-materials\">\u4f55\u65f6\u9700\u8981\u8003\u8651\u5176\u4ed6\u6750\u6599\uff1f<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5728\u67d0\u4e9b\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u9009\u62e9\u66ff\u4ee3\u6750\u6599\u662f\u5fc5\u8981\u7684\u3002
