O comprimento de onda das ondas sonoras irradiadas por um altifalante diminui \u00e0 medida que a frequ\u00eancia aumenta. Quando o comprimento de onda se torna compar\u00e1vel \u00e0s dimens\u00f5es f\u00edsicas do altifalante, a onda sonora irradiada desenvolve uma directividade pronunciada devido \u00e0 difra\u00e7\u00e3o e interfer\u00eancia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A directividade do altifalante caracteriza a sua capacidade de irradiar som em diferentes direc\u00e7\u00f5es e depende da frequ\u00eancia. O som de alta frequ\u00eancia apresenta uma maior directividade, enquanto o som de baixa frequ\u00eancia \u00e9 relativamente menos direcional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em><strong>Subwoofers e Woofers:<\/strong><\/em>&nbsp;A dire\u00e7\u00e3o da emiss\u00e3o de som n\u00e3o tem restri\u00e7\u00f5es. De acordo com os princ\u00edpios de conce\u00e7\u00e3o do sistema de altifalantes, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio escolher par\u00e2metros T\/S e par\u00e2metros electroac\u00fasticos adequados para o altifalante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-selection-of-driver-magnet\">Sele\u00e7\u00e3o do \u00edman de acionamento<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Os \u00edmanes externos (\u00edmanes de ferrite) s\u00e3o econ\u00f3micos, mas ocupam um grande volume, o que reduz o volume efetivo dentro da caixa do altifalante. Os \u00edmanes internos (\u00edmanes de terras raras) t\u00eam um custo mais elevado, mas ocupam menos espa\u00e7o, proporcionam um maior volume utiliz\u00e1vel dentro da caixa e oferecem um desempenho magn\u00e9tico superior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-selection-of-cone\">Sele\u00e7\u00e3o do cone<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>As formas dos cones adoptam normalmente cones rectos e cones exponenciais. Os cones rectos apresentam um processo de fabrico simples, mas um desempenho relativamente fraco em alta frequ\u00eancia, enquanto os cones exponenciais oferecem um melhor desempenho em alta frequ\u00eancia. Em circunst\u00e2ncias especiais, podem ser adoptadas concep\u00e7\u00f5es de cones duplos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os principais materiais dos cones incluem fibras naturais (fibras vegetais, fibras animais), fibras artificiais (fibras qu\u00edmicas, fibras sint\u00e9ticas), fibras inorg\u00e2nicas, pl\u00e1sticos (por exemplo, <a href=\"https:\/\/firstmold.com\/pt\/guides\/pp-plastic\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>PP<\/strong><\/a> cones) e metais (por exemplo, alum\u00ednio). A sele\u00e7\u00e3o pode ser feita com base nos requisitos de timbre e custo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-enclosure-design\">Conce\u00e7\u00e3o do inv\u00f3lucro<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>O design do tamanho da caixa do altifalante tem de combinar os par\u00e2metros do altifalante com o volume l\u00edquido dentro da caixa. S\u00f3 quando os dois atingem uma correspond\u00eancia \u00f3ptima \u00e9 que o desempenho do som de baixa frequ\u00eancia pode ser maximizado. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os materiais da caixa s\u00e3o, em geral, principalmente madeira e pl\u00e1stico, e a espessura do material \u00e9 determinada com base na vibra\u00e7\u00e3o da caixa e na resson\u00e2ncia gerada no interior. Quando as condi\u00e7\u00f5es o permitirem, tentar utilizar uma parede mais espessa e adicionar adequadamente <a href=\"https:\/\/firstmold.com\/pt\/tips\/rib-design\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>nervuras de refor\u00e7o<\/strong><\/a> na parede interior para reduzir a vibra\u00e7\u00e3o da caixa e suprimir a resson\u00e2ncia ac\u00fastica no interior da caixa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O inv\u00f3lucro deve ter uma boa veda\u00e7\u00e3o e n\u00e3o deve haver fugas de ar ou problemas semelhantes, de modo a evitar a gera\u00e7\u00e3o de ru\u00eddo do vento e afetar o desempenho de baixa frequ\u00eancia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O design da porta numa caixa bass-reflex desempenha um papel decisivo na frequ\u00eancia de corte de baixa frequ\u00eancia do altifalante. A posi\u00e7\u00e3o e a forma do design da porta precisam de garantir o fluxo suave de ar dentro da caixa para reduzir a distor\u00e7\u00e3o de baixa frequ\u00eancia e o ru\u00eddo do vento. O comprimento e a \u00e1rea da sec\u00e7\u00e3o transversal da porta s\u00e3o concebidos e ajustados com base no volume da caixa e nos par\u00e2metros relevantes do altifalante. Um controlo adequado pode fazer com que o som irradiado produzido pela vibra\u00e7\u00e3o do radiador passivo esteja em fase com o som irradiado para a frente do altifalante, melhorando assim as carater\u00edsticas de baixa frequ\u00eancia do altifalante e melhorando a resposta de baixa frequ\u00eancia. Conceber as sec\u00e7\u00f5es transversais em ambas as extremidades da porta com uma forma de transi\u00e7\u00e3o gradual para evitar a gera\u00e7\u00e3o de ru\u00eddo de vento de fluxo de ar \u201cpopping\u201d nas aberturas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para evitar que as ondas sonoras gerem resson\u00e2ncia no interior do arm\u00e1rio, o inv\u00f3lucro do arm\u00e1rio necessita de resist\u00eancia suficiente, adicionando adequadamente nervuras de refor\u00e7o no interior e refor\u00e7ando a liga\u00e7\u00e3o entre as tampas frontal e traseira. Adicionar adequadamente material de absor\u00e7\u00e3o de som no interior da caixa e instal\u00e1-lo junto \u00e0 parede interior da caixa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-acoustic-radiation-design\">Conce\u00e7\u00e3o da radia\u00e7\u00e3o ac\u00fastica<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tente evitar que estruturas externas bloqueiem os locais de sa\u00edda de som (incluindo o local de sa\u00edda da porta). O melhor m\u00e9todo \u00e9 ter o controlador do altifalante diretamente exposto. O segundo melhor m\u00e9todo \u00e9 utilizar materiais com maior transpar\u00eancia ac\u00fastica, como tecido de grelha de altifalante, malha de a\u00e7o, etc.; depois v\u00eam os pain\u00e9is de pl\u00e1stico com grandes perfura\u00e7\u00f5es; tente evitar utilizar pain\u00e9is de sa\u00edda com pequenos orif\u00edcios.
