Servem como ferramenta para a maquinagem por fa\u00edsca na maquinagem por descarga el\u00e9ctrica (EDM), utilizada principalmente para processar as cavidades nos moldes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-is-an-electrode\">O que \u00e9 um el\u00e9trodo?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Os el\u00e9ctrodos s\u00e3o ferramentas utilizadas para a maquina\u00e7\u00e3o por fa\u00edsca. No processamento de moldes, algumas pe\u00e7as s\u00e3o demasiado complexas ou t\u00eam pequenos \u00e2ngulos internos e filetes que as ferramentas convencionais n\u00e3o conseguem alcan\u00e7ar. Cobre vermelho<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>O cobre vermelho est\u00e1 amplamente dispon\u00edvel e tem uma boa condutividade el\u00e9ctrica. Pode ser processado de forma est\u00e1vel em condi\u00e7\u00f5es dif\u00edceis sem gerar facilmente um arco el\u00e9trico e com perdas m\u00ednimas de processamento. Pode atingir uma elevada precis\u00e3o com uma rugosidade superficial superior a Ra1,25\u03bcm utilizando maquinagem fina. O processo pode manter arestas vivas e formas delicadas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No entanto, o seu desempenho mec\u00e2nico de maquinagem \u00e9 inferior ao da grafite e \u00e9 dif\u00edcil de triturar. Tem baixa resist\u00eancia mec\u00e2nica, o que n\u00e3o \u00e9 prop\u00edcio \u00e0 fixa\u00e7\u00e3o, ajuste e manuten\u00e7\u00e3o de um processamento est\u00e1vel ao longo do tempo. Grafite<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com os el\u00e9ctrodos de cobre vermelho, a grafite tem v\u00e1rias vantagens: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1). Menor desgaste do el\u00e9trodo (1\/5 a 1\/3 do desgaste do cobre vermelho durante a maquina\u00e7\u00e3o em bruto).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2). Ligas de tungst\u00e9nio-cobre e ligas de tungst\u00e9nio-prata<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El\u00e9ctrodos de tungst\u00e9nio de cobre, devido \u00e0 sua elevada condutividade t\u00e9rmica, baixa taxa de perda, baixa expans\u00e3o t\u00e9rmica. As ligas de tungst\u00e9nio de cobre e de tungst\u00e9nio de prata t\u00eam uma maquinabilidade compar\u00e1vel, boa estabilidade de processamento e baixa perda de el\u00e9ctrodos, mas s\u00e3o caras, custando aproximadamente 40 e 100 vezes mais do que o cobre, respetivamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-4-brass\">4. Lat\u00e3o<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Os el\u00e9ctrodos de lat\u00e3o t\u00eam um desgaste mais elevado e velocidades de processamento mais lentas do que o cobre vermelho, mas sofrem menos curto-circuitos durante a descarga, proporcionando um processamento est\u00e1vel. Atualmente, os el\u00e9ctrodos de lat\u00e3o n\u00e3o s\u00e3o geralmente utilizados na moldagem por EDM, mas continuam a ser utilizados no corte de fio a baixa velocidade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-5-steel\">5. A\u00e7o<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>O a\u00e7o \u00e9 utilizado como material de el\u00e9trodo devido \u00e0 sua boa maquinabilidade, mas tem uma estabilidade de processamento mais fraca. Quando os el\u00e9ctrodos t\u00eam superf\u00edcies c\u00f4ncavas e convexas complexas, \u00e9 necess\u00e1ria a fresagem CNC. Por vezes, um el\u00e9trodo n\u00e3o pode ser maquinado como um todo e tem de ser dividido em duas ou mais partes para ser maquinado. Este processo de dividir os el\u00e9ctrodos em v\u00e1rias partes para realizar a maquina\u00e7\u00e3o de descarga para diferentes partes do molde \u00e9 designado por desmontagem de el\u00e9ctrodos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-purpose-of-disassembling-electrodes\">Objetivo da desmontagem dos el\u00e9ctrodos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>No fabrico de moldes para pl\u00e1sticos, a EDM (Maquina\u00e7\u00e3o por Descarga El\u00e9ctrica) \u00e9 quase indispens\u00e1vel. A velocidade de maquina\u00e7\u00e3o da EDM afecta diretamente o ciclo, a qualidade e o custo do fabrico de moldes. Por isso, \u00e9 essencial uma an\u00e1lise detalhada e uma desmontagem racional dos el\u00e9ctrodos (el\u00e9ctrodos de cobre). A qualidade da desmontagem determina diretamente o n\u00edvel de fabrico do molde, a velocidade de maquina\u00e7\u00e3o, os custos de fabrico e at\u00e9 a estrutura geral do molde. A capacidade de desmontar os el\u00e9ctrodos reflecte o n\u00edvel abrangente dos projectistas de moldes, a corre\u00e7\u00e3o do pensamento estrutural e o n\u00edvel da tecnologia de maquina\u00e7\u00e3o. A desmontagem racional dos el\u00e9ctrodos pode ter os seguintes efeitos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Simplificar a maquina\u00e7\u00e3o de moldes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Melhorar a estrutura do molde.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reduzir o ciclo de fabrico dos moldes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Melhorar a qualidade dos moldes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Melhorar a precis\u00e3o dimensional dos n\u00facleos e cavidades do molde.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Poupan\u00e7a no custo dos materiais dos el\u00e9ctrodos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-electrode-disassembly-process\">Processo de desmontagem do el\u00e9trodo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A desmontagem dos el\u00e9ctrodos \u00e9 uma parte essencial do processamento do molde. A qualidade da desmontagem dos el\u00e9ctrodos tem um impacto direto na velocidade de maquina\u00e7\u00e3o e na qualidade do molde. Os projectistas devem comunicar extensivamente com os fabricantes de moldes e t\u00e9cnicos de EDM para reunir e resumir experi\u00eancias. Determinar o local de desmontagem dos el\u00e9ctrodos<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>As pe\u00e7as que n\u00e3o podem ser maquinadas por m\u00e1quinas CNC necessitam normalmente de desmontagem de el\u00e9ctrodos, tais como \u00e2ngulos rectos, \u00e2ngulos agudos, ranhuras estreitas (se a empresa tiver m\u00e1quinas de alta velocidade e ferramentas mais pequenas, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel a maquina\u00e7\u00e3o direta de ranhuras estreitas) e \u00e1reas de texto.
