Este processo \u00e9 geralmente efectuado manualmente. Para superf\u00edcies com requisitos de alta qualidade, podemos utilizar m\u00e9todos de polimento ultra-fino. O polimento ultrafino utiliza ferramentas especiais de retifica\u00e7\u00e3o numa lama contendo abrasivos, que s\u00e3o pressionadas contra a superf\u00edcie da pe\u00e7a de trabalho e rodadas a altas velocidades. Este m\u00e9todo pode atingir uma rugosidade de superf\u00edcie de Ra0,008 \u03bcm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O polimento f\u00edsico dos moldes \u00e9 atualmente o m\u00e9todo de polimento mais utilizado pelos fabricantes de moldes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-common-tools-and-specifications-for-mold-polishing\">1). Ferramentas e especifica\u00e7\u00f5es comuns para o polimento de moldes<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>As ferramentas habitualmente utilizadas para o polimento de moldes incluem lixas, pedras de \u00f3leo, rodas de feltro de l\u00e3, pasta de polimento, limas de liga, agulhas de moagem de diamante, pe\u00e7as de bambu, pedras de \u00f3leo de fibra e m\u00e1quinas de polir rotativas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lixa: 150#, 180#, 320#, 400#, 600#, 800#, 1000#, 1200#, 1500#<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pedras de \u00f3leo: 120#, 220#, 400#, 600#<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rodas de feltro de l\u00e3: Cil\u00edndricas, c\u00f3nicas, rectangulares com pontas pontiagudas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pasta de polimento: 1# (branco), 3# (amarelo), 6# (laranja), 9# (verde), 15# (azul), 25# (castanho), 35# (vermelho), 60# (roxo)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ficheiros: Quadradas, redondas, planas, triangulares e outras formas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agulhas de moagem de diamante: Geralmente com haste de 3\/32 ou 1\/8, dispon\u00edveis em formas de onda redonda, cil\u00edndrica, cilindro reto longo e c\u00f3nica longa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pe\u00e7as de bambu: V\u00e1rias formas adequadas para operadores e formas de moldes, utilizadas para pressionar a lixa durante a retifica\u00e7\u00e3o para obter a rugosidade de superf\u00edcie desejada<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pedras de \u00f3leo de fibra: 200# (preto), 400# (azul), 600# (branco), 800# (vermelho)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-polishing-process\">2). Processo de polimento<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-01-rough-polishing\">01. Polimento \u00e1spero<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Ap\u00f3s processos como a moagem fina, <a href=\"https:\/\/firstmold.com\/pt\/edm-service\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>EDM<\/strong><\/a>e <a href=\"https:\/\/firstmold.com\/pt\/guides\/grinding\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>tritura\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/a>Em seguida, podemos polir as superf\u00edcies utilizando uma m\u00e1quina de polir rotativa com uma velocidade de 35.000-40.000 r\/min. Semi-acabamento Polimento<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>O polimento de semi-acabamento utiliza principalmente lixa e querosene. A sequ\u00eancia de utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o da lixa \u00e9 400# \u2192 600# \u2192 800# \u2192 1000# \u2192 1200# \u2192 1500#. Note-se que a lixa #1500 s\u00f3 \u00e9 adequada para a\u00e7o de molde endurecido (acima de 52HRC) e n\u00e3o para a\u00e7o pr\u00e9-endurecido, pois pode danificar a superf\u00edcie, impedindo o efeito de polimento desejado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-03-fine-polishing\">03. Polimento Fino<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>O polimento fino utiliza principalmente pasta de polimento de diamante. Se for utilizada uma roda de pano de polimento misturada com p\u00f3 ou pasta de polimento de diamante, a sequ\u00eancia de polimento t\u00edpica \u00e9 9\u03bcm (1800#) \u2192 6\u03bcm (3000#) \u2192 3\u03bcm (8000#). A pasta de polimento de diamante de 9\u03bcm e a roda de pano de polimento podem remover riscos finos deixados pelas lixas 1200# e 1500#. De seguida, o polimento \u00e9 continuado com feltro e pasta de polimento de diamante pela ordem: 1\u03bcm (14000#) \u2192 1\/2\u03bcm (60000#) \u2192 1\/4\u03bcm (100000#).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-04-polishing-environment\">04. Ambiente de polimento<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>O processo de polimento deve ser completado em duas \u00e1reas separadas: uma para o desbaste e outra para o polimento fino. \u00c9 importante limpar bem a pe\u00e7a de trabalho entre etapas para remover quaisquer part\u00edculas abrasivas da etapa anterior. Depois de conclu\u00eddo o polimento grosseiro com pedras de \u00f3leo at\u00e9 \u00e0 lixa 1200#, a pe\u00e7a de trabalho deve ser transferida para uma sala sem p\u00f3 para polimento, de modo a garantir que nenhuma part\u00edcula de p\u00f3 adira \u00e0 superf\u00edcie do molde. Termine os processos de polimento que exijam uma precis\u00e3o superior a 1\u03bcm (incluindo 1\u03bcm) numa sala de polimento limpa. Para um polimento ainda mais preciso, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio um ambiente absolutamente limpo, uma vez que o p\u00f3, o fumo, a caspa e a saliva podem arruinar a superf\u00edcie polida de alta precis\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ap\u00f3s a conclus\u00e3o do processo de polimento, devemos proteger a superf\u00edcie da pe\u00e7a de trabalho do p\u00f3. Polimento qu\u00edmico<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>O polimento qu\u00edmico envolve a imers\u00e3o do material num meio qu\u00edmico onde as sali\u00eancias microsc\u00f3picas na superf\u00edcie se dissolvem preferencialmente sobre as \u00e1reas rebaixadas, resultando numa superf\u00edcie lisa. As principais vantagens deste m\u00e9todo s\u00e3o o facto de n\u00e3o necessitar de equipamento complexo, de poder polir pe\u00e7as com formas complexas e de poder polir muitas pe\u00e7as em simult\u00e2neo, oferecendo uma elevada efici\u00eancia. O principal desafio do polimento qu\u00edmico reside na prepara\u00e7\u00e3o da solu\u00e7\u00e3o de polimento. O processamento ultrass\u00f3nico pode ser combinado com m\u00e9todos qu\u00edmicos ou electroqu\u00edmicos. Ao aplicar vibra\u00e7\u00f5es ultra-s\u00f3nicas para agitar a solu\u00e7\u00e3o, os produtos de dissolu\u00e7\u00e3o na superf\u00edcie da pe\u00e7a de trabalho s\u00e3o removidos, assegurando uma corros\u00e3o ou eletr\u00f3lise uniforme perto da superf\u00edcie.
