As mat\u00e9rias-primas pl\u00e1sticas comuns incluem PP, PE, PC, ABS, PBT e dezenas de outras. Todas as mat\u00e9rias-primas pl\u00e1sticas s\u00e3o influenciadas pelas flutua\u00e7\u00f5es do pre\u00e7o das mat\u00e9rias-primas petrol\u00edferas. Se o produto necessitar de uma mistura ou de corantes, os custos ser\u00e3o calculados separadamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pre\u00e7os das mat\u00e9rias-primas comuns: PEEK &gt; PA66 &gt; PC &gt; PA6 &gt; ABS &gt; PS &gt; LDPE &gt; HDPE &gt; PBT &gt; PET. Os pre\u00e7os espec\u00edficos podem ser referenciados com base nos pre\u00e7os do mercado local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As mat\u00e9rias-primas pl\u00e1sticas de uso geral s\u00e3o relativamente baratas. Se a mat\u00e9ria-prima pl\u00e1stica tiver uma elevada resist\u00eancia e uma forte resist\u00eancia qu\u00edmica, o custo ser\u00e1 mais elevado (incluindo alguns materiais modificados).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-calculation-of-raw-material-costs\">C\u00e1lculo dos custos das mat\u00e9rias-primas<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>No que diz respeito ao custo espec\u00edfico das mat\u00e9rias-primas consumidas pelos produtos moldados por inje\u00e7\u00e3o, esta parte do custo das mat\u00e9rias-primas pode ser deduzida do peso dos inv\u00f3lucros moldados na moldagem por inje\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Por exemplo:<\/strong> Assumindo que as pelotas de pl\u00e1stico ABS custam $1500 por tonelada (este \u00e9 um exemplo, consulte o pre\u00e7o local atual). Se o peso da casca de um produto ap\u00f3s a moldagem por inje\u00e7\u00e3o for de 200 gramas, o custo da mat\u00e9ria-prima do produto \u00e9 $1500 \/ 1000000 * 200 = 0,0015 * 200 = $0,3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nota:<\/strong> Se o molde utilizado para a moldagem por inje\u00e7\u00e3o tiver um sistema de canais frios, haver\u00e1 material residual nos canais ap\u00f3s cada ciclo de moldagem por inje\u00e7\u00e3o. Ao efetuar o c\u00e1lculo, o peso do material do canal tamb\u00e9m deve ser inclu\u00eddo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Um exemplo mais complexo: Assumindo que o custo dos pellets de pl\u00e1stico ABS \u00e9 $1500 por tonelada. Um molde produz pe\u00e7as numa propor\u00e7\u00e3o de 1 para 4, em que cada pe\u00e7a pesa 200 gramas e o material de execu\u00e7\u00e3o para 1 para 4 \u00e9 de 100 gramas. Qual \u00e9 o custo das mat\u00e9rias-primas por pe\u00e7a? Custos de moldagem por inje\u00e7\u00e3o de pl\u00e1stico<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>O custo da moldagem por inje\u00e7\u00e3o de pl\u00e1stico depende do tamanho da m\u00e1quina e do <a href=\"https:\/\/firstmold.com\/pt\/guides\/injection-molding-cycle\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>ciclo de moldagem<\/strong><\/a>. Existem diferen\u00e7as nos custos de processamento, pelo que tamb\u00e9m se pode dizer que os custos de moldagem por inje\u00e7\u00e3o fazem parte do custo da m\u00e1quina de moldagem por inje\u00e7\u00e3o. Quanto maior for a m\u00e1quina, mais energia consome, o que pode aumentar o custo de moldagem. Para al\u00e9m disso, quanto mais curto for o ciclo de produ\u00e7\u00e3o, maior ser\u00e1 a velocidade de produ\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Podemos calcular o custo anual de moldagem por inje\u00e7\u00e3o com base numa deprecia\u00e7\u00e3o de 5 anos da m\u00e1quina de moldagem por inje\u00e7\u00e3o. Por exemplo, se a taxa de arranque da ind\u00fastria para a m\u00e1quina de moldagem por inje\u00e7\u00e3o for 50% (ou seja, 180 dias por ano), divida a deprecia\u00e7\u00e3o anual da m\u00e1quina de moldagem por inje\u00e7\u00e3o por 180 dias para calcular o custo di\u00e1rio da m\u00e1quina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Assumindo que o pre\u00e7o de uma m\u00e1quina de moldagem por inje\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 $100.000, ent\u00e3o o custo di\u00e1rio da m\u00e1quina \u00e9 $100.000 \/ 5 \/ 180 = $111. Se a m\u00e1quina de moldagem por inje\u00e7\u00e3o trabalhar 22 horas por dia, o custo hor\u00e1rio \u00e9 de aproximadamente $5.
