Muitas pessoas dizem que a conce\u00e7\u00e3o estrutural dos produtos de pl\u00e1stico \u00e9 dif\u00edcil, mas o que \u00e9 que a torna exatamente dif\u00edcil?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u00e1 aprendemos anteriormente sobre o processo de desenvolvimento de produtos de pl\u00e1stico. A partir deste processo complexo, n\u00e3o \u00e9 dif\u00edcil perceber que uma excelente conce\u00e7\u00e3o de produtos de pl\u00e1stico deve n\u00e3o s\u00f3 adaptar-se \u00e0 evolu\u00e7\u00e3o da procura e controlar os custos, mas tamb\u00e9m garantir uma boa efici\u00eancia de produ\u00e7\u00e3o. Al\u00e9m disso, devido \u00e0 complexidade, fiabilidade e precis\u00e3o do design, a carga de trabalho do design estrutural do produto \u00e9 substancial. Exige que os projectistas possuam excelentes capacidades t\u00e9cnicas e de engenharia, uma vis\u00e3o apurada do mercado e aten\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s tecnologias emergentes e \u00e0s exig\u00eancias em constante mudan\u00e7a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para al\u00e9m da evolu\u00e7\u00e3o das exig\u00eancias e de uma vis\u00e3o apurada do mercado, a conce\u00e7\u00e3o estrutural do pr\u00f3prio produto tamb\u00e9m requer a considera\u00e7\u00e3o de muitos aspectos. O guia que se segue indica claramente estes aspectos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-01-wall-thickness\">01. Espessura da parede <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Para componentes de grandes dimens\u00f5es, a espessura da parede na conce\u00e7\u00e3o estrutural varia geralmente entre 2,4 e 3,2 mm, enquanto que para componentes mais pequenos \u00e9 de cerca de 1,0 mm, com as dimens\u00f5es espec\u00edficas a respeitarem os requisitos de conce\u00e7\u00e3o do produto. A espessura da parede deve ser t\u00e3o uniforme quanto poss\u00edvel. Em circunst\u00e2ncias especiais, certas \u00e1reas podem ser ligeiramente mais espessas ou mais finas, mas \u00e9 necess\u00e1ria uma transi\u00e7\u00e3o gradual (recomenda-se que o tamanho da transi\u00e7\u00e3o seja superior a 5 vezes a espessura da parede do produto) para evitar marcas de tens\u00e3o na superf\u00edcie do produto moldado por inje\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-factors-affecting-wall-thickness-selection\">Factores que afectam a sele\u00e7\u00e3o da espessura da parede<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>a) O material pl\u00e1stico utilizado. Diferentes materiais t\u00eam diferentes <a href=\"https:\/\/firstmold.com\/pt\/guides\/plastic-shrinkage\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>taxas de retra\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/a> e fluidez durante <a href=\"https:\/\/firstmold.com\/pt\/guides\/what-is-injection-molding\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>moldagem por inje\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/a>o que afecta a espessura de parede recomendada. Quanto maior for a for\u00e7a, mais espessa deve ser a parede. Por exemplo, requisitos de resist\u00eancia \u00e0 press\u00e3o (quanto mais espessa for a parede, maior ser\u00e1 a resist\u00eancia \u00e0 press\u00e3o), requisitos de inflamabilidade, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-02-reinforcing-ribs\">02. Nervuras de refor\u00e7o<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A maior parte da conce\u00e7\u00e3o estrutural dos produtos de pl\u00e1stico tem nervuras de refor\u00e7o porque as nervuras podem aumentar a resist\u00eancia sem aumentar a espessura total da parede, o que \u00e9 especialmente \u00fatil para componentes de grandes dimens\u00f5es e pe\u00e7as sujeitas a tens\u00e3o, podendo tamb\u00e9m evitar a deforma\u00e7\u00e3o do produto. O \u00e2ngulo de inclina\u00e7\u00e3o varia geralmente entre 0,5 e 5 graus, normalmente cerca de 2 graus, mas varia em fun\u00e7\u00e3o do tamanho, altura e forma do produto, com o princ\u00edpio de assegurar uma desmoldagem suave sem afetar a funcionalidade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O \u00e2ngulo de inclina\u00e7\u00e3o da cavidade do molde deve ser geralmente 0,5 graus superior ao do n\u00facleo do molde para garantir que o produto permanece no n\u00facleo do molde aquando da abertura. Para especifica\u00e7\u00f5es mais altas e maiores, deve ser escolhido um \u00e2ngulo de inclina\u00e7\u00e3o mais pequeno com base em c\u00e1lculos espec\u00edficos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Escolha um \u00e2ngulo maior para pe\u00e7as de pl\u00e1stico com uma elevada taxa de contra\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Para pe\u00e7as de pl\u00e1stico com paredes mais espessas, que fazem com que o molde feche mais firmemente, deve ser escolhido um valor padr\u00e3o maior para o \u00e2ngulo de inclina\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. O \u00e2ngulo de inclina\u00e7\u00e3o para <a href=\"https:\/\/firstmold.com\/pt\/tips\/making-transparent-and-translucent-parts\/\" type=\"post\" id=\"28490\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>pe\u00e7as totalmente transparentes<\/strong><\/a> deve ser aumentado para evitar arranh\u00f5es. Geralmente, para materiais PS, o \u00e2ngulo de rascunho n\u00e3o deve ser inferior a 2,5\u00b0~3\u00b0, e para materiais ABS e PC, n\u00e3o deve ser inferior a 1,5\u00b0~2\u00b0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Para m\u00e9todos de forma\u00e7\u00e3o de furos angulares e furos de forma complexa, pode ser utilizado um n\u00facleo dividido para evitar estruturas laterais de extra\u00e7\u00e3o do n\u00facleo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-side-holes-and-indentations\">Furos e entalhes laterais<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Quando surgem orif\u00edcios e reentr\u00e2ncias laterais nos produtos de pl\u00e1stico, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio definir barras deslizantes ou estruturas laterais de extra\u00e7\u00e3o do n\u00facleo para facilitar a desmoldagem, o que complica a estrutura do molde e aumenta os custos. A estrutura do produto pode ser melhorada em conformidade.
