A equipa identificou potenciais problemas, tais como sec\u00e7\u00f5es de paredes finas e geometrias complexas, que poderiam conduzir a defeitos de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o. Foi concebido um molde personalizado, incorporando caracter\u00edsticas como <a href=\"https:\/\/firstmold.com\/pt\/guides\/injection-molding-gate\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>sistemas de fecho e ventila\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/a> para melhorar o fluxo de material e reduzir a porosidade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-die-casting-process\">Processo de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o sob press\u00e3o<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Prepara\u00e7\u00e3o da matriz<\/strong>: O molde foi pr\u00e9-aquecido a 200\u00b0C para evitar o choque t\u00e9rmico e assegurar um fluxo uniforme do material.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fundi\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>: A liga de alum\u00ednio fundido foi injectada no <a href=\"https:\/\/firstmold.com\/pt\/guides\/mold-cavity-and-mold-core\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>cavidade do molde<\/strong><\/a> a uma press\u00e3o de 1.500 bar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Arrefecimento e eje\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>: A pe\u00e7a foi arrefecida e solidificada em 30 segundos, seguindo-se a eje\u00e7\u00e3o autom\u00e1tica da matriz.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-finishing-and-quality-control\">Acabamento e controlo de qualidade<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ap\u00f3s a fundi\u00e7\u00e3o, as tampas das v\u00e1lvulas foram submetidas a uma s\u00e9rie de processos de acabamento, incluindo corte, jato de granalha e maquinagem. Foi aplicado um revestimento em p\u00f3 de alta qualidade para melhorar a resist\u00eancia \u00e0 corros\u00e3o e a est\u00e9tica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Primeiro molde utilizado rigorosamente <a href=\"https:\/\/firstmold.com\/pt\/quality-control\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>medidas de controlo da qualidade<\/strong><\/a>incluindo a inspe\u00e7\u00e3o dimensional utilizando m\u00e1quinas de medi\u00e7\u00e3o por coordenadas (CMM) e a inspe\u00e7\u00e3o por raios X para detetar defeitos internos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-challenges-and-solutions-in-engine-valve-cover-manufacturing\">Desafios e solu\u00e7\u00f5es no fabrico de tampas de v\u00e1lvulas de motores<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-porosity-issues\">Quest\u00f5es de porosidade<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quest\u00e3o<\/strong>: Durante a fase inicial de produ\u00e7\u00e3o, algumas tampas de v\u00e1lvulas apresentavam porosidade, um defeito comum de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o sob press\u00e3o caracterizado pela presen\u00e7a de pequenos vazios ou bolsas de g\u00e1s no interior do metal. Este defeito comprometia a integridade estrutural das pe\u00e7as.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Solu\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>: A equipa de engenharia implementou uma t\u00e9cnica de fundi\u00e7\u00e3o sob press\u00e3o assistida por v\u00e1cuo, que reduziu significativamente o aprisionamento de ar e garantiu uma fundi\u00e7\u00e3o densa e sem defeitos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-warpage\">P\u00e1gina de guerra<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quest\u00e3o<\/strong>: A conce\u00e7\u00e3o complexa levou a um pequeno empeno durante o arrefecimento, afectando a planicidade da pe\u00e7a. O empeno \u00e9 um problema comum na fundi\u00e7\u00e3o sob press\u00e3o, causado por taxas de arrefecimento irregulares ou por tens\u00f5es no material.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Solu\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>: Ao otimizar a taxa de arrefecimento e ao redesenhar os canais de arrefecimento dentro da matriz, a First Mold conseguiu um arrefecimento uniforme, minimizando o empeno e assegurando a precis\u00e3o dimensional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-results\">Resultados<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A First Mold fabricou com sucesso 9000
