A m\u00e1scara tinha de ser macia, dur\u00e1vel e proporcionar um ajuste confort\u00e1vel para os beb\u00e9s. Realiz\u00e1mos um estudo de viabilidade e desenvolvemos um plano de projeto detalhado, centrado na conce\u00e7\u00e3o do molde e no processo de produ\u00e7\u00e3o. Os principais passos iniciais inclu\u00edram:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>An\u00e1lise de requisitos e planeamento de projectos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Revis\u00e3o do modelo CAD 3D da m\u00e1scara de beb\u00e9 fornecido pelo cliente<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sele\u00e7\u00e3o de borracha de silicone l\u00edquido (LSR) de qualidade m\u00e9dica como material<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-silicone-injection-molded-infant-mask-development\">Desenvolvimento de m\u00e1scaras para beb\u00e9s moldadas por inje\u00e7\u00e3o de silicone<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O processo de desenvolvimento foi meticulosamente planeado e executado para garantir resultados de elevada qualidade.
