Tem tamb\u00e9m uma baixa expans\u00e3o t\u00e9rmica em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com o PA66 e uma elevada resist\u00eancia ao calor, com a temperatura de deflex\u00e3o t\u00e9rmica a atingir frequentemente 250 - 260<sup>o<\/sup>C. O PA66+30%GF tem boa resist\u00eancia qu\u00edmica e ao desgaste.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em>PP:<\/em><\/strong> \u00c9 o pl\u00e1stico comercial mais leve, com uma densidade de aproximadamente 0,90 - 0,91 g\/cm\u00b3. Tem uma grande resist\u00eancia aos solventes org\u00e2nicos e pode suportar temperaturas at\u00e9 160 - 170<sup>o<\/sup>C. Ao contr\u00e1rio das poliamidas, tem baixa absor\u00e7\u00e3o de humidade.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em>PS:<\/em><\/strong> A propriedade f\u00edsica mais atractiva do PS \u00e9 o facto de ser transparente na sua forma amorfa e n\u00e3o modificada. No entanto, tem uma baixa resist\u00eancia ao calor (100<sup>o<\/sup>C), resist\u00eancia qu\u00edmica moderada e excelente estabilidade dimensional.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A mistura correta de materiais era necess\u00e1ria para reter o calor gerado pelo elemento de aquecimento no interior do secador de cabelo e resolver o problema de sobreaquecimento relatado pela maioria dos utilizadores do secador de cabelo anterior produzido pelo cliente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-hair-dryer-mold-production\">Produ\u00e7\u00e3o de moldes para secadores de cabelo<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A First Mold concebeu um molde de inje\u00e7\u00e3o para a caixa de pl\u00e1stico do secador de cabelo e alguns outros moldes para o cliente. Garantir a seguran\u00e7a t\u00e9rmica e a gest\u00e3o<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>A conduta de ar e outros componentes de pl\u00e1stico do secador de cabelo moldados por inje\u00e7\u00e3o foram fabricados com uma mistura de pl\u00e1stico resistente ao calor, tal como mencionado anteriormente. Isto resolveu o problema de sobreaquecimento registado na primeira gera\u00e7\u00e3o. Os engenheiros da First Mold pensaram no design da conduta de ar de modo a distribuir corretamente o calor produzido pela bobina de aquecimento para evitar pontos quentes que possam queimar o cabelo e o couro cabeludo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-acoustic-engineering-for-noise-reduction\">3.
