Zhongshan, Guangdong - 29 september 2025<\/em>\u00a0- First Mold organiseerde zijn tweede jaarlijkse sport- en cultuurdag onder het thema \u201cFull Moon Celebration, United in Joy\u201d op zijn twee campussen in Zhongshan, Guangdong. Het evenement bracht bijna 300 werknemers van twaalf afdelingen samen, waaronder Mold Manufacturing, Injection Molding, CNC, Quality, Marketing, Sales, Procurement, Finance, Administration, PMC, Design en Logistics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Teamuitdagingen stimuleren samenwerking<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

De teamactiviteiten begonnen om 14.00 uur. In \u201cBallonvaart\u201d vormden teams van acht personen een rij, waarbij ze elk een opgeblazen ballon tussen hun borstkas hielden zonder hun handen te gebruiken. Ze bewogen samen meer dan 50 meter. Als er een ballon viel of barstte, moest het team opnieuw beginnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cHet was moeilijker dan het leek,\u201d zei meneer Chen, Supervisor van de afdeling Mold. \u201cIn het begin probeerden we ons te haasten, maar we realiseerden ons al snel dat een vast ritme beter werkte. We scandeerden synchroon en haalden het uiteindelijk.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"2e<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Bij een ander spel, \u201cMarble Run\u201d, moesten de teams een pingpongbal langs een pad van 20 meter leiden met behulp van U-vormige kanalen. Met maar 12 kanalen per team moesten de leden snel roteren om het pad te verlengen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Het spuitgietteam blonk hier uit. \u201cWe stelden rollen in - voor, midden en achter - en positioneerden onszelf zorgvuldig,\u201d vertelde projectmanager Wang. \u201cEen goede co\u00f6rdinatie hielp ons het dagrecord te vestigen.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Touwtrekken benadrukt eenheid<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Een touwtrekwedstrijd, nieuw dit jaar, werd een publieksfavoriet. Na een aantal intense rondes won het team van de afdeling Mold met sterk teamwork en kracht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWanneer iedereen in dezelfde richting trekt, voel je echt de kracht van het team,\u201d zei meneer Huang, teamleider van de afdeling Mold. \u201cHet is net als ons dagelijks werk - elke rol is belangrijk en we slagen alleen als we samenwerken.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"Eerste<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Basketbalwedstrijd steelt de show<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

De basketbalfinale, die om 19.00 uur werd gehouden, was het hoogtepunt van de dag. Een team van Mold and Design nam het op tegen een gemengd team van Marketing, Sales en Injection Molding. De wedstrijd bleef van begin tot eind spannend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De score verschilde nooit meer dan 4 punten in de eerste drie kwarten. Met nog twee minuten te gaan in het vierde kwart stonden de ploegen gelijk op 76 punten. In de laatste 12 seconden schoot Li Jing, een ingenieur van de ontwerpafdeling, een driepunter binnen om de wedstrijd op 81-78 te beslissen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cDat waren de langste 12 seconden van mijn leven,\u201d zei Jessica, manager van de afdeling Markt en bewaakster van het gemengde team. \u201cWe zetten een eindspel op, maar het schot miste net. Ook al hebben we verloren, deze wedstrijd heeft ons meer wederzijds respect opgeleverd.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"Hoogtepunten<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

De hele dag door eten en gezelligheid<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In plaats van een formeel diner waren er open eetgelegenheden. Vier snackzones boden een verscheidenheid aan gerechten, zoals Kantonees geroosterd vlees, Hunan-stijl roerbakgerechten, westerse snacks en desserts. Werknemers konden op elk moment eten pakken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cDoor deze opzet voelden gesprekken natuurlijk aan,\u201d zei de heer Deng, financieel directeur. \u201cIk sprak met PMC-medewerkers over de plannen voor het volgende kwartaal terwijl ik van het dessert genoot. Deze afdelingsoverschrijdende gesprekken zijn echt nuttig.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Muziek en plezier op het podium<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Een zangsessie, hoewel eenvoudig gehouden, trok een vrolijke menigte. Medewerkers van verschillende afdelingen traden om de beurt op. Een vertolking van \u201cGlorious Years\u201d door een medewerker van Procurement leidde tot een meezinger van het hele publiek, wat bijdroeg aan de feestelijke sfeer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reflecties op leiderschap<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

De General Manager van First Mold sloot het evenement af met de volgende woorden: \u201cCollega's van twaalf afdelingen elkaar zien aanmoedigen en als \u00e9\u00e9n zien strijden - dat laat de kernwaarden zien waar we elke dag naar leven.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De HR-directeur voegde hieraan toe: \u201cWe hebben teamactiviteiten ontworpen om samenwerking te benadrukken. Marble Run\u2018 weerspiegelt bijvoorbeeld ons productieproces - elke stap moet soepel op elkaar aansluiten. Ons personeel ervoer uit eerste hand hoe teamwerk het verschil maakt.\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Het hoofd van de afdeling Kwaliteit merkte op: \u201cDeze spelletjes weerspiegelen wat we doen bij de kwaliteitscontrole. Net als bij touwtrekken moet iedereen in dezelfde richting trekken om het beste resultaat te bereiken.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Het evenement versterkte niet alleen de banden, maar zorgde ook voor een beter begrip tussen de afdelingen. Christine, lid van het verkoopteam, zei: \u201cDoor de productiemedewerkers te ontmoeten, begrijp ik de behoeften van de klant en de levertijden beter.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De supervisor van de PMC-afdeling merkte op: \u201cTijdens \u2018Marble Run\u2019 hebben planners en productiemedewerkers spelenderwijs een betere communicatie opgebouwd. Dit inzicht zal onze dagelijkse workflow zeker verbeteren.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vooruitblik<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

De jaarlijkse sport- en cultuurdag van First Mold is een belangrijk onderdeel geworden van de bedrijfscultuur. Door middel van doordachte teamactiviteiten en gedeelde ervaringen wordt niet alleen het leven van werknemers verrijkt, maar wordt ook de samenwerking tussen afdelingen versterkt, wat een solide basis legt voor de voortdurende groei van het bedrijf.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
