De diepste etsdiepte is 3 mm, een imitatie van marmer, vaak gebruikt op badkamertegels. Daarom werden etstechnieken voor matrijsdecoratie populair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Beginfase:<\/em><\/strong> Dekking van vormfouten met ruwe texturen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Middenfase:<\/em><\/strong> Diverse texturen, uitgebreid gebruik van enkellaags leer en houtnerftexturen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Huidige fase:<\/em><\/strong> Toepassing van 3D geometrische texturen. Met het voortschrijden van de tijd is product ID een essentieel onderdeel geworden, dat een hogere kwaliteit vereist. Lasertechnologie met een precisie van 0,01 mm wordt op grote schaal toegepast in texturen, waardoor patronen verfijnder en realistischer worden en de productperfectie wordt verbeterd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-purpose-of-mold-texturing\">Doel van vormtexturering<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Verbetert de esthetische kwaliteit van kunststof onderdelen, waardoor ze gevarieerde of nieuwe ontwerpen krijgen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Verbetert het uiterlijk van het product door gebreken zoals <a href=\"https:\/\/firstmold.com\/nl\/tips\/sink-marks\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>zinkvlekken<\/strong><\/a> en <a href=\"https:\/\/firstmold.com\/nl\/tips\/weld-lines\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>laslijnen<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Verhoogt de oppervlaktehardheid na het textureren van de mal en zandstralen, waardoor krassen worden voorkomen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. De mal ontvetten en reinigen<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Methode en effect:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gebruik een speciale schimmelreiniger om olie en onzuiverheden van het schimmeloppervlak te verwijderen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Veel voorkomende defecten:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Olieresten op het oppervlak die gelijkmatig chemisch etsen kunnen voorkomen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Moeilijkheid om beschermingstape aan de mal te hechten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Spiegel Oppervlaktebescherming:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bescherm oppervlakken met speciale vereisten onmiddellijk na het reinigen. Spuit over het algemeen na het schoonmaken een laag zwarte verf op spiegeloppervlakken om ze te beschermen tegen roest en krassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-masking-the-mold\">2. De mal maskeren<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Methode en effect:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gebruik speciale tape om gebieden te maskeren die niet ge\u00ebtst hoeven te worden. Na het maskeren verzegel je de begrenzing van het gestructureerde gebied met was en reinig je het gestructureerde oppervlak opnieuw.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Veel voorkomende defecten:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ongelijke grenslijnen tussen de getextureerde en niet-getextureerde gebieden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Slechte hechting, wat leidt tot over-etsen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Schimmeloptimalisatie:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wanneer de grens tussen de gestructureerde en niet-gestructureerde gebieden een straal is, houd de straal dan zo klein mogelijk, over het algemeen niet groter dan R0,5 mm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-chemical-inspection\">3. Chemische inspectie<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Methode en effect:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Week de gemaskeerde mal enkele seconden in een chemische oplossing. De ongemaskeerde oppervlakken worden 0,01 ~ 0,02 mm chemisch aangetast en worden zwart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Veel voorkomende defecten:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Inconsistent materiaal of hardheid.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zandgaten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lassporen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Deze defecten zullen verschillende dieptes en kleuren vertonen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Oplossingen:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Als de verschillen in materiaal of hardheid klein zijn, scheid dan het etsen en pas de etstijd aan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kleine zandgaatjes vul je op met was voordat je gaat etsen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Als het verschil in hardheid na het lassen aanzienlijk is, verwarm het gelaste gebied dan plaatselijk voor het etsen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Schimmeloptimalisatie:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Markeer de lasposities op de mal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zorg ervoor dat het verschil in hardheid tussen de vormdelen kleiner is dan HRC5.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-4-surface-treatment-sand-washing\">4. Oppervlaktebehandeling - Zandwassen<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Methode en effect:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gebruik een spuitpistool om gelijkmatig zanddeeltjes op het aangetaste matrijsoppervlak te spuiten om de zwarte oxidelaag te verwijderen. Na het wassen met zand ziet het oppervlak van de mal er zilverwit uit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Veel voorkomende defecten:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ongelijkmatig zandstralen en onvolledig reinigen leiden tot ongelijkmatig etsen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-5-printing-treatment\">5. Behandeling voor afdrukken<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-a-printing-patterns\">A. Drukpatronen<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Principe:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gebruik folie om standaard patroonplaten (zink) te etsen en breng dan gelijkmatig was aan op de patroonplaat. Gebruik een pers om het patroon over te brengen op een speciale folie om waspapier te maken. Breng het waspapier aan op het met zand gewassen oppervlak van de mal om het patroon op de mal over te brengen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Toepasselijk bereik:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Over het algemeen gebruikt voor onregelmatige patrooncontouren zonder speciale vereisten, zoals lederen patronen voor auto-interieurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-b-film\">B. Film<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Methode:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Maak een folie volgens de patroontekeningen, bevestig de folie dan naar wens aan de mal en controleer de positie van de folie op de mal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Toepasselijk bereik:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Patronen met regelmatige, duidelijke contouren (bijv. 3D-texturen).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-c-spray-pattern\">C. Sproeipatroon<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Methode:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meng de inkt volgens de vereisten van het patroon (vooral de grootte van de inktdeeltjes aanpassen) en gebruik een spuitpistool om het gelijkmatig op het oppervlak van de mal te spuiten dat ge\u00ebtst moet worden. Test meestal eerst het spuiten op wit papier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Toepasselijk bereik:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Patronen zonder contourvereisten (bijv. MT11010, MT11030).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-6-chemical-etching\">6. Chemisch etsen<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Methode:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Week de gedessineerde, gespoten of gefilmde mal in een voorbereide chemische oplossing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Corrodeer de heldere delen van de mal. De etsdiepte hangt voornamelijk af van de inweektijd. Het oppervlak van de mal ziet er na het etsen zwart uit. Dit proces is vergelijkbaar met chemische inspectie, met verschillende chemische middelen en inweektijden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-7-sandblasting\">7. Zandstralen<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Methode:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gebruik een spuitpistool om gelijkmatig zanddeeltjes op het aangetaste matrijsoppervlak te spuiten om de zwarte oxidelaag te verwijderen. Onder hoge druk cre\u00ebren de zanddeeltjes kleine putjes op het oppervlak van de mal. De textuur die ontstaat door zandstralen blijft niet lang goed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-laser-texturing-process\">Laser Textureren Proces<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Ontvetten en reinigen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Tekening<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Bemonstering<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Laserbewerking<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Glansbehandeling<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. QC<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7. Roestpreventie<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8.
