Ontwerpprincipes van het toevoersysteem<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1. De kwaliteit van plastic onderdelen garanderen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Vermijd lassporen zoveel mogelijk. De aanwezigheid van lassporen be\u00efnvloedt vooral het uiterlijk en maakt het oppervlak van het product slecht. De sterkte zal ook slecht zijn op plaatsen waar lassporen voorkomen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Afval vullen: <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Minimaliseer en verkort de doorsnede en lengte van het toevoersysteem om het plasticverbruik en de matrijsgrootte te beperken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Warmteafvoer en drukval<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Houd het stromingstraject kort en zorg voor voldoende dwarsdoorsnede.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vermijd bochten in het stromingstraject en plotselinge veranderingen in de stromingsrichting (gebruik afgeronde hoeken om van richting te veranderen).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
