Het masker moest zacht en duurzaam zijn en een comfortabele pasvorm hebben voor baby's. We voerden een haalbaarheidsstudie uit en ontwikkelden een gedetailleerd projectplan dat zich richtte op het matrijsontwerp en het productieproces. De belangrijkste eerste stappen waren:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Analyse van eisen en projectplanning<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Het door de klant aangeleverde 3D CAD-model van het babymasker bekijken<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Selectie van vloeibaar siliconenrubber (LSR) van medische kwaliteit als materiaal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-silicone-injection-molded-infant-mask-development\">Ontwikkeling van siliconen spuitgietmasker voor baby's<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Het ontwikkelingsproces werd zorgvuldig gepland en uitgevoerd om resultaten van hoge kwaliteit te garanderen. De belangrijkste fasen waren:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Vormontwerp<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ontwierp een zeer nauwkeurige stalen mal op maat voor LSR-spuitgieten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Integreerde complexe elementen zoals ondersnijdingen en dunne wanden om de gewenste flexibiliteit en comfort te bereiken.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gebruikte geavanceerde simulatiesoftware om mogelijke problemen in het matrijsontwerp te voorspellen en aan te pakken.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Prototypen en testen<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maakte de eerste prototypes met behulp van 3D-printing om het matrijsontwerp te controleren en de pasvorm en werking van het masker te garanderen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Voerde verschillende testruns uit om de parameters van het spuitgietproces, zoals temperatuur, druk en injectiesnelheid, nauwkeurig af te stellen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Spuitgieten<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Een koud runnersysteem ge\u00efmplementeerd om de siliconen tijdens het injecteren op een optimale temperatuur te houden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Voerde meerdere testruns uit om het proces te optimaliseren en een consistente kwaliteit te garanderen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stelde strenge kwaliteitscontrolemaatregelen in, waaronder visuele inspecties en functionele tests, om ervoor te zorgen dat elk masker aan de vereiste normen voldeed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"430\" src=\"https:\/\/firstmold.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/injection-molded-silicone-infant-mask-mold.webp\" alt=\"spuitgegoten silicone kindermasker mal\" class=\"wp-image-22341\" style=\"width:400px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/firstmold.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/injection-molded-silicone-infant-mask-mold.webp 600w, https:\/\/firstmold.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/injection-molded-silicone-infant-mask-mold-300x215.webp 300w, https:\/\/firstmold.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/injection-molded-silicone-infant-mask-mold-18x12.webp 18w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-challenges-and-solutions\">Uitdagingen en oplossingen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tijdens het project kwamen we verschillende uitdagingen tegen die we met succes hebben aangepakt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Materiaalstroom en uitharding<\/strong>: Om ervoor te zorgen dat de silicone gelijkmatig en zonder luchtinsluiting in de matrijs vloeide, moesten we de injectiesnelheid en -druk nauwkeurig regelen. We optimaliseerden deze parameters door meerdere proeven uit te voeren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Complex matrijsontwerp<\/strong>: Het ingewikkelde ontwerp van het babymasker, met dunne doorsneden en gedetailleerde kenmerken, vormde een uitdaging. Ons engineeringteam gebruikte geavanceerde simulatiesoftware om mogelijke problemen te voorspellen en op te lossen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Consistentie en kwaliteitscontrole<\/strong>: Om een consistente kwaliteit in massaproductie te bereiken, waren strenge kwaliteitscontrolemaatregelen nodig.
