Het project voltooit voornamelijk de productie van tafelconnectoren voor klanten op regelmatige basis door middel van rapid tooling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-understanding-the-customer-s-needs\">De behoeften van de klant begrijpen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Onze klant benaderde ons met specifieke eisen voor hun tafelverbinders:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Productie van kleine batches<\/strong>: De klant had een bescheiden hoeveelheid van 300 stuks per kwartaal nodig<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hoge duurzaamheid<\/strong>: Gezien de structurele rol van tafelverbindingsstukken moesten de producten robuust en duurzaam zijn.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Nauwkeurige pasvorm<\/strong>: De connectoren moesten perfect passen om eenvoudige montage mogelijk te maken en stabiliteit te garanderen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ondanks de kleine batchgrootte was First Mold vastbesloten om uitzonderlijke kwaliteit en waarde te leveren en ervoor te zorgen dat volledig werd voldaan aan de behoeften van onze klant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-challenges-in-insert-molding-for-table-connectors\">Uitdagingen bij het vormgeven van inzetstukken voor tafelverbindingsstukken<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Bij insert molding wordt een voorgevormd onderdeel (insert) in een matrijs geplaatst en er vervolgens kunststof omheen gespoten om een enkel massief onderdeel te vormen.
