Tijdens het gietproces is de fabrikant niet alleen gefocust op het bereiken van de maatnauwkeurigheid, maar ook op het leveren van de gewenste onberispelijke oppervlakteafwerking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fabrikanten van handgrepen voor binnendeuren in auto's moeten extra voorzichtig zijn met lasnaden, pori\u00ebn en sporen van koud materiaal. Deze fouten kunnen de mechanische sterkte en het uiterlijk van het onderdeel be\u00efnvloeden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Een ander belangrijk onderdeel van de productie van handgrepen voor binnendeuren is de materiaalkeuze. De materiaalkeuze be\u00efnvloedt het gietproces, de functionaliteit en de oppervlakteafwerking. Polyamide heeft bijvoorbeeld een grote mechanische sterkte, maar slechte galvanische eigenschappen en is zeer vochtabsorberend. Daarom moet het mogelijk gemengd worden met andere materialen om de gewenste oppervlakteafwerking en sterkte te verkrijgen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wat functionaliteit betreft, moeten handgrepen voor autodeuren met de juiste precisie worden gegoten om naadloos aan te sluiten op het deurpaneel of de deurbehuizing en samen te werken met andere interne mechanismen. Het ontwerp moet een snelle en gemakkelijke nooduitgang mogelijk maken en voldoen aan strenge veiligheidsnormen. Andere belangrijke overwegingen bij het ontwerpen of spuitgieten van een handgreep voor het auto-interieur zijn:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Het ontwerp moet scherpe randen vermijden en comfortabel zijn voor verschillende gebruikers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Het gekozen materiaal moet moeilijk ontvlambaar en licht zijn en de gewenste oppervlakteafwerking hebben.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Voor de productie van grote volumes kan spuitgieten onder hoge druk nodig zijn, wat een nauwkeurig matrijsontwerp vereist.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De secundaire afwerking kan bestaan uit poedercoating, galvaniseren of polijsten om te voldoen aan de kwaliteitsnormen voor het interieur van het merk.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Duurzaamheid en het voldoen aan milieuregels, vooral voor de productie van EV-deurkrukken, moeten centraal staan in de ontwerpfilosofie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-client-requirement\">Eisen van de klant<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>De klant benaderde First Mold voor de productie van behuizingen voor deurklinken voor auto-interieurs met een gedetailleerde blauwdruk die de vereisten voor uiterlijk en functionaliteit specificeerde. De deurgreep had een unieke vorm en precisie waaraan moest worden voldaan zodat hij stevig in de behuizing zit en samenwerkt met alle andere mechanismen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voordat hij contact opnam met First Mold, werkte de klant samen met een andere fabriek waar ze te maken kregen met verschillende tekortkomingen in hun belangrijkste uiterlijkvereisten, waaronder verschillende uiterlijke gebreken. Volgens de klant was de gebrekkige communicatie van de matrijzenmaker de spelbreker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Het onvermogen van de vorige matrijzenmaker om te voldoen aan het uiterlijk en de effici\u00ebntie van deurklinken voor auto's, de constante noodzaak om de machine aan te passen, wat leidde tot langdurige stilstand, en het gebrek aan goede communicatie leidden tot de abrupte be\u00ebindiging van de samenwerking. Hierdoor was de klant wanhopig op zoek naar een betrouwbare leverancier die de leegte kon opvullen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-concerns-and-challenges\">Zorgen en uitdagingen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>De belangrijkste zorgen van de klant betroffen het vermogen van First Mold om te voldoen aan het gewenste productuiterlijk (met name het vrij zijn van vormfouten) en producteffici\u00ebntie. Ook wilden ze de uitdagende ervaring vermijden dat de machine vaak moest worden afgesteld, wat de productie verstoorde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Om een herhaling van hun vorige ervaring te voorkomen, vroeg de vertegenwoordiger van de klant om een fysieke rondleiding door de fabriek en de faciliteiten van First Mold om de productiecapaciteit en expertise van het bedrijf te controleren. Na de beoordeling gaf de vertegenwoordiger overweldigende positieve opmerkingen en ging hij over tot besprekingen over de specifieke kenmerken van het project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De voorlopige diagnose van First Mold na het ontvangen van problematische monsters en tekeningen van de vorige leverancier onthulde het volgende:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>CMM-metingen wezen uit dat de rondheid van de montagegaten de gewenste tolerantie met 0,03 mm overschreed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demontage van een vervormd onderdeel bevestigde dat de uitlijning van de matrijs niet nauwkeurig genoeg was (&gt;0,02 mm).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inspectie van vloeisporen op het zachte materiaal wees op een onredelijk poortontwerp.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-solution\">Oplossing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Na grondig onderzoek van de drie problemen die werden ge\u00efdentificeerd uit de voorlopige diagnose van de defecte handgrepen van de binnendeur van de auto, stelde First Mold drie oplossingen voor om de problemen aan te pakken en de verwachtingen van de klant te overtreffen. De klant stond voortdurend in contact met het klantenserviceteam van First Mold en werd bij elke stap in het oplossen van de problemen begeleid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-comprehensive-mold-upgrade\">1. Uitgebreide upgrade van schimmel<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>First Mold ging verder met het maken van een op maat gemaakte, zeer nauwkeurige tweeschotsmatrijs. De aangepaste matrijs had dubbele geleidepenposities en een waaiervormige zacht materiaalpoort. Deze aanpassingen verminderden de precisie van de rotatie-uitlijning van de matrijs tot binnen 0,01 mm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De harde materiaalholte onderging een nitreerbehandeling die de slijtvastheid verdrievoudigde. Deze aanpassingen waren nodig om de vorming van uitlopers tijdens de massaproductie te voorkomen. First Mold cre\u00eberde de aangepaste hoge-precisie twee-schots matrijs voor de deurklink van het auto-interieur door middel van de onderstaande stappen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><em>Het ontwerpen van de aangepaste twee-schots matrijs met behulp van in-house CAD-software:<\/em><\/strong> Tijdens dit proces voerden de technici van First Mold ook stromingsanalyses uit om de door de klant vereiste toleranties van 0,01 mm te halen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em>Schimmelvorming:<\/em><\/strong> De matrijs werd gebouwd met twee sets caviteiten om de sequenti\u00eble injectie mogelijk te maken. First Mold voegde technische functies toe, waaronder een schuifsysteem om het eerste spuitgietdeel naar de tweede caviteit te verplaatsen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em>Afwerking:<\/em><\/strong> Om de hoge mate van precisie en de vereiste oppervlakteafwerking te bereiken, onderging de matrijsholte een secundaire afwerking met behulp van <a href=\"https:\/\/firstmold.com\/nl\/cnc-machining-service\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>CNC-bewerkingsoplossing<\/strong><\/a>. In dit stadium controleerde het kwaliteitscontroleteam ook de aangepaste tweekleurige spuitgietmachine voor auto's op perfecte uitlijning om flash te voorkomen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-process-lock-in\">2. Procesvergrendeling<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>De materiaalverwerking en de tijd tussen het injecteren van de twee verschillende materialen zijn uiterst belangrijk voor een goede hechting. Als het zachte materiaal te vroeg wordt ge\u00efnjecteerd, bestaat het risico dat de integriteit van het harde materiaal wordt verpest, terwijl te laat injecteren leidt tot een slechte hechting tussen de twee materialen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voor dit project koos de klant voor polypropyleen (PP) versterkt met 10% glasvezels (GF). Het mengen van PP met 10% GF verbetert de stijfheid, treksterkte, slagvastheid, hittebestendigheid en maatvastheid in vergelijking met zuiver PP. Hieronder staan de procesaanpassingen die First Mold heeft doorgevoerd voor de beste productieresultaten van deurklinken voor binnendeuren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-material-drying\">Materiaal drogen<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Na strenge tests implementeerde First Mold de handhaving van materiaaldroging bij 80 \u00b0C gedurende driemaal drie uur. Het drogen van de kunststofhars v\u00f3\u00f3r het spuitgieten is cruciaal om afbraak van het polymeer te voorkomen. Bij verhitting reageert vocht met kunststof en worden de polymeerketens afgebroken. Spatten, strepen en bellen zijn veelvoorkomende defecten die ontstaan door de aanwezigheid van vocht in het kunststof polymeer. Dit kan leiden tot zwakke, broze onderdelen met een onaangenaam uiterlijk. Goed drogen is essentieel voor het plastic om zijn mechanische eigenschappen te behouden, de juiste stabiliteit te garanderen en afval door materiaaldefecten te verminderen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-segmented-temperature-control\">Gesegmenteerde temperatuurregeling<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Voor het spuitgieten van de deurklink implementeerde First Mold gesegmenteerde temperatuurregeling voor injectie van thermoplastische polyolefine (TPO) (vat 190 \u00b0C en spuitmond 200 \u00b0C). Deze techniek is belangrijk voor het verkorten van cyclustijden, het maximaliseren van de productkwaliteit en het verlagen van het risico op vervorming. Meerdere verwarmingszones zorgen voor goede vloei-eigenschappen zonder het materiaal aan te tasten. Deze gesegmenteerde temperatuurregeling houdt rekening met het feit dat verschillende matrijszones voor onderdelen van autodeuren op verschillende snelheden opwarmen en afkoelen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-cooling-period-implementation\">Implementatie afkoelperiode<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>First Mold heeft ook een 18 seconden durende afkoelperiode ingesteld voor het harde materiaal v\u00f3\u00f3r de injectie van het zachte materiaal om ervoor te zorgen dat de microbinding samensmelt op het grensvlak. De restwarmte en hoge druk van de tweede injectie dwingen de polymeerketens van de twee materialen om samen te smelten op het grensvlak, waardoor een sterke, ge\u00efntegreerde verbinding ontstaat. Hierdoor is geen secundaire assemblage nodig. Een ander belangrijk voordeel van tweekleurig spuitgieten voor auto's is dat er geen bindmiddelen nodig zijn bij de assemblage, wat het gewicht van het onderdeel kan verhogen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-dual-inspection\">3. Dubbele inspectie<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>First Mold implementeerde een 5000K standaard lichtinspectie in de productielijn voor binnendeurklinken, met zowel visuele apparatuur als handmatige controles op uiterlijke gebreken. Deze strategie verbeterde indirect de effici\u00ebntie en verlaagde de kans op gemiste gebreken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De techniek verwijst naar het gebruik van een lichtbron met een kleurtemperatuur van 5000 Kelvin, een type verlichting dat natuurlijk middaglicht nabootst. Een 5000K standaardverlichting is een industriestandaard voor kwaliteitscontrole omdat het een hoge helderheid, helderheid en nauwkeurige kleurweergave biedt die nodig is om kleine defecten in plastic onderdelen te detecteren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Een 5000K verlichtingsomgeving bevordert ook de alertheid van de werknemers. Met deze implementatie hielp First Mold de klant bij het verminderen van vermoeide ogen en vermoeidheid onder hun werknemers, een aandoening die vaak voorkomt bij langdurige, detailgerichte inspectietaken. Hieronder staan andere manieren waarop First Mold de klant ondersteunde met inspectierichtlijnen voor het spuitgieten van portiergrepen van auto's.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><em>Batchbemonstering:<\/em><\/strong> First Mold voerde steekproeven uit voor sterktetests (met minimaal 10 stuks), met een vereiste van \u22655N\/25mm voor het zachte materiaal v\u00f3\u00f3r vrijgave.
