De grootste uitdaging die we vaak tegenkomen tijdens <a href=\"https:\/\/firstmold.com\/nl\/guides\/what-is-injection-molding\/\" type=\"post\" id=\"9414\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>kunststof spuitgieten<\/strong><\/a> voor haardrogers is het ontwerpen van het luchtkanaal of de luchtinlaat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tijdens de fabricage van een haardroger moeten de technici ervoor zorgen dat het ontwerp een balans vindt tussen een snelle luchtstroom, geluidsreductie, thermisch beheer en gewicht. Als het luchtkanaal slecht ontworpen is, kan dit leiden tot meer lawaai, lagere prestaties en oververhitting. Hieronder staan de belangrijke onderdelen van een haardroger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><em>Motoraangedreven ventilator:<\/em><\/strong> Dit is een krachtige motor die de aangesloten ventilatorbladen laat draaien die de dubbele rol spelen van het aanzuigen van koelere lucht en het duwen van onze verwarmde lucht naar het haar van de gebruiker.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em>Verwarmingselement:<\/em><\/strong> Het wordt meestal gemaakt met behulp van nichroomdraad die om mica-isolatoren wordt gewikkeld. Het gebruikt elektriciteit om de lucht te verwarmen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em>Behuizing of omhulsel van haardroger:<\/em><\/strong> Dit is het buitenste, hittebestendige plastic dat de interne onderdelen beschermt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em>Knoppen of regelaars:<\/em><\/strong> Helpt de gebruiker de ventilatorsnelheid en warmte-intensiteit aan te passen om het gewenste droogniveau te bereiken.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em>Luchtinlaat of filter:<\/em><\/strong> Een rooster of scherm aan de achterkant van de haardroger dat voorkomt dat er vuil in het apparaat terechtkomt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em>Mondstuk of concentrator:<\/em><\/strong> Dit is de opening aan de voorkant die de luchtstroom leidt naar de plekken die de gebruiker wil.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-client-requirements\">Eisen van de klant<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Een buitenlandse fabrikant van haardrogers liep door de voordeur van het kantoor van First Mold met een blauwdruk van een product. Hun doel was het vinden van een matrijzenmaker die hen zou helpen bij het maken van een professionele <a href=\"https:\/\/firstmold.com\/nl\/case-study\/rapid-tooling-service-for-essence-care-hair-dryer\/\" type=\"case-study\" id=\"14414\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>haid droger schimmel<\/strong><\/a>. De fabrikant had al een merk op de markt en had stukjes feedback verzameld (met behulp van online enqu\u00eates) van hun klanten, die ze wilden implementeren in de volgende generatie haardrogers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De belangrijkste feedback die ze kregen van de gebruikers van hun eerste generatie haardrogers is dat het product soms zo heet wordt dat het oncomfortabel wordt om vast te houden. De andere meest gemelde zorg was de hotspot. De eerste generatie was niet zo duurzaam of stil als de meeste gebruikers wensten. De enige reden waarom de haardrogerfabrikant in staat was om op de markt te blijven, was vanwege hun concurrerende prijzen en het extreem lage gewicht van hun product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De klant wilde plastic spuitgietmatrijzen voor haardrogers die hen zouden helpen om de problemen van hun klanten op te lossen, terwijl ze de voordelen van hun eerste generatie haardrogers zouden behouden. Ze waren bereid om hun blauwdruk aan te passen als de beoordeling van hun ideale haardroger-malpartner daarom vroeg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-challenges-and-solutions\">Uitdagingen en oplossingen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>De technici van First Mold bestudeerden het eerste model haardroger van de klant om een aantal van de problemen die gebruikers hadden gemeld te verifi\u00ebren. De bevindingen van het onderzoek waren essentieel bij het vinden van een oplossing die herhaling zal voorkomen. Tijdens het onderzoek ontdekten de technici van First Mold dat de problemen die werden gemeld bij de eerste producten deels te maken hadden met het gebruikte materiaal en deels met het ontwerp van de onderdelen van het luchtkanaal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Met behulp van Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) was First Mold in staat om de stromingstrajecten te simuleren en te optimaliseren, zodat de maximale luchtsnelheid van ongeveer 23 m\/s werd bereikt en het geluidsniveau onder 80 dB bleef. Enkele suggesties van de ingenieurs van First Mold om het probleem van oververhitting en lawaai op te lossen, zijn het aanpassen van de geleidingsschoepen, het minimaliseren van scherpe hoeken en het polijsten van de interne oppervlakken om wervelvorming te voorkomen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-material-selection\">Materiaalkeuze<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In plaats van het mengsel van polycarbonaat + acrylonitril-butadieen-styreen (PC+ABS) dat werd gebruikt bij de productie van de eerste generatie haardrogers, stelde First Mold een verbeterd mengsel voor van polyamide 66 met 30% glasvezel (PA66+30%GF), polypropyleen (PP) en polystyreen (PS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><em>PA66+30%GF:<\/em><\/strong> Het heeft een zeer hoge sterkte (tot 180 - 190 MPa), maatvastheid, hardheid en stijfheid. Het heeft ook een lage thermische uitzetting in vergelijking met PA66 en een hoge hittebestendigheid, waarbij de warmteafbuigingstemperatuur vaak 250 - 260<sup>o<\/sup>C. PA66+30%GF heeft een goede chemische weerstand en slijtvastheid.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em>PP:<\/em><\/strong> Dit is de lichtste commerci\u00eble kunststof met een dichtheid van ongeveer 0,90 - 0,91 g\/cm\u00b3. Het is zeer goed bestand tegen organische oplosmiddelen en is bestand tegen temperaturen tot 160 - 170<sup>o<\/sup>C. In tegenstelling tot polyamiden heeft het een lage vochtabsorptie.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em>PS:<\/em><\/strong> De aantrekkelijkste fysische eigenschap van PS is dat het transparant is in zijn amorfe, ongewijzigde vorm. Het heeft echter een lage hittebestendigheid (100<sup>o<\/sup>C), matige chemische weerstand en uitstekende dimensionale stabiliteit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>De juiste materiaalmix was nodig om de warmte van het verwarmingselement in de haardroger vast te houden en het oververhittingsprobleem op te lossen dat door de meeste gebruikers van de vorige haardroger van de klant werd gemeld.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-hair-dryer-mold-production\">Haarf\u00f6hn schimmelproductie<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>First Mold ontwierp voor de klant een kunststof spuitgietmatrijs voor de f\u00f6hnhouder en een paar andere matrijzen. Aangezien de behuizing en de andere onderdelen een <a href=\"https:\/\/firstmold.com\/nl\/tips\/snap-fits\/\" type=\"post\" id=\"20202\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>snap-fit ontwerp<\/strong><\/a>, Het was belangrijk om de tolerantie zo klein mogelijk te maken (0,03 mm) voor eenvoudige montage zonder extra lijm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Omdat de klant een matrijs voor massaproductie wilde, koos First Mold voor een stalen haardrogermatrijs omdat deze honderdduizenden productieruns zou kunnen maken voordat hij moest worden vervangen. De ingenieurs van First Mold maakten de precisievorm met de vereiste tolerantie met behulp van 5-assige CNC-bewerkingstechnologie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-hair-dryer-air-duct-mold-design\">Design haardroger luchtkanaal schimmel<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>De technici van First Mold ontdekten verschillende problemen met het luchtkanaal en het ontwerp van de onderdelen van de eerste generatie haardrogers van de klant. De vorm van het kanaal was slecht ontworpen, wat turbulentie veroorzaakte en er was niet goed nagedacht over de inlaat, waardoor de turbulentie toenam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De kromming van de ventilatorbladen droeg ook bij aan de luchtturbulentie die leidde tot het toegenomen lawaai in de eerste generatie. Interne geometrie optimaliseren voor aerodynamica<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>De luchtinlaat of het luchtkanaal is zo ontworpen dat het de overgang kan maken van lucht onder hoge druk bij de motor naar lucht met hoge snelheid. Een slechte kanaalvorm cre\u00ebert turbulentie die de effici\u00ebntie vermindert en leidt tot energieverspilling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Scherpe draaiende bladen en stompe randen verhogen de luchtweerstand en verminderen de luchtstroom.  Als het luchtkanaal te restrictief is, ontstaat er tegendruk waardoor de motor harder moet werken, wat kan leiden tot oververhitting. Met deze nuances in gedachten cre\u00eberde First Mold uiterst nauwkeurige mallen voor de ventilatorbladen en het luchtkanaalontwerp, waardoor het geluid van de eerste generatie met meer dan een derde werd verminderd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-ensuring-thermal-safety-and-management\">2. Thermische veiligheid en thermisch beheer garanderen<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Het luchtkanaal en andere spuitgegoten kunststof onderdelen van de haardroger werden gemaakt van een hittebestendig kunststofmengsel zoals eerder vermeld. Dit loste het oververhittingsprobleem van de eerste generatie op. Dankzij het verbeterde materiaal zou de nieuwe generatie haardrogers langer comfortabel blijven werken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Naast de bezorgdheid over de veiligheid van de haardroger, is er ook de bezorgdheid over de veiligheid van de gebruiker. Eerst hebben Mold ingenieurs nagedacht over het ontwerp van het luchtkanaal, zodat het de warmte van de verwarmingsspiraal goed verdeelt om hotspots te voorkomen die het haar en de hoofdhuid kunnen verbranden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-acoustic-engineering-for-noise-reduction\">3. Akoestische techniek voor geluidsreductie<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Witte ruis ontstaat wanneer lucht op hoge snelheid door een smal kanaal stroomt. Hoe krachtiger de motor, hoe hoger het geluidsniveau waarschijnlijk zal zijn. Geluidsniveaus van meer dan 85 decibel kunnen voor veel klanten een enorme afknapper zijn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Een van de beperkingen die fabrikanten van haardrogers moeten overwinnen, is het cre\u00ebren van een balans tussen kanaalgeometrie en motorsnelheid.  Het ontwerp van de kanalen moet zodanig worden gedaan dat resonante, luide luchtstromen worden vermeden. First Mold bereikte dit evenwicht met behulp van simulatiesoftware.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-4-design-for-compactness-and-maintenance\">4. Ontwerp voor compactheid en onderhoud<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Om vermoeidheid van de handen tijdens het gebruik te voorkomen, was het belangrijk dat de handdroger licht en zo compact mogelijk zou zijn. Daarom werd het kanaal zo ontworpen dat het past in een kleine vormfactor waarin verschillende onderdelen zijn ondergebracht, waaronder verwarmingselementen, ventilatorbladen, een motor en negatieve ionengeneratoren, voor een ononderbroken luchtstroom. First Mold bereikte het gewenste compacte, lichtgewicht ontwerp door gebruik te maken van dunne wanden versterkt met ribben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Onderhoudsgemak is een andere belangrijke factor die fabrikanten van haardrogers in overweging moeten nemen vanwege de invloed op de duurzaamheid. De luchtinlaat aan de achterkant en de interne kanalen kunnen verstopt raken door ophoping van pluizen en haar. Als de ventilatieopeningen geblokkeerd zijn, wordt de luchtstroom beperkt, waardoor de motor harder moet werken.
