Dans le processus de traitement des moules, apr\u00e8s les \u00e9tapes de traitement de la forme, il y a le traitement lisse et le traitement miroir, connus collectivement sous le nom de rectification et de polissage des surfaces des pi\u00e8ces. Ce processus est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement r\u00e9alis\u00e9 manuellement. Pour les surfaces de haute qualit\u00e9, nous pouvons utiliser des m\u00e9thodes de polissage ultrafin. Le polissage ultrafin utilise des outils de meulage sp\u00e9ciaux dans une boue contenant des abrasifs, qui sont press\u00e9s contre la surface de la pi\u00e8ce et tournent \u00e0 grande vitesse. Cette m\u00e9thode permet d'obtenir une rugosit\u00e9 de surface de Ra0,008 \u03bcm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le polissage physique des moules est actuellement la m\u00e9thode de polissage la plus utilis\u00e9e par les fabricants de moules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-common-tools-and-specifications-for-mold-polishing\">1). Outils courants et sp\u00e9cifications pour le polissage des moules<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les outils couramment utilis\u00e9s pour le polissage des moules sont le papier de verre, les pierres \u00e0 huile, les roues en feutre de laine, la p\u00e2te \u00e0 polir, les limes en alliage, les aiguilles diamant\u00e9es, les morceaux de bambou, les pierres \u00e0 huile en fibre et les machines \u00e0 polir rotatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Papier de verre : 150#, 180#, 320#, 400#, 600#, 800#, 1000#, 1200#, 1500#<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pierres \u00e0 huile : 120#, 220#, 400#, 600#<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Roues en feutre de laine : Cylindriques, coniques, rectangulaires \u00e0 bouts pointus<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u00e2te \u00e0 polir : 1# (blanc), 3# (jaune), 6# (orange), 9# (vert), 15# (bleu), 25# (brun), 35# (rouge), 60# (violet)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fichiers : Carr\u00e9es, rondes, plates, triangulaires et autres formes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aiguilles de meulage diamant\u00e9es : G\u00e9n\u00e9ralement avec une tige de 3\/32 ou 1\/8, disponible en forme de vague ronde, cylindrique, longue cylindrique droite et longue conique.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Morceaux de bambou : Diff\u00e9rentes formes adapt\u00e9es aux op\u00e9rateurs et aux formes des moules, utilis\u00e9es pour presser le papier de verre pendant le pon\u00e7age afin d'obtenir la rugosit\u00e9 de surface souhait\u00e9e.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pierres \u00e0 huile en fibre : 200# (noir), 400# (bleu), 600# (blanc), 800# (rouge)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-polishing-process\">2). Processus de polissage<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-01-rough-polishing\">01. Polissage grossier<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s des processus tels que le broyage fin, <a href=\"https:\/\/firstmold.com\/fr\/edm-service\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>EDM<\/strong><\/a>et <a href=\"https:\/\/firstmold.com\/fr\/guides\/grinding\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>broyage<\/strong><\/a>Ensuite, nous pouvons polir les surfaces \u00e0 l'aide d'une machine \u00e0 polir rotative \u00e0 une vitesse de 35 000 \u00e0 40 000 tours\/minute. Vient ensuite le pon\u00e7age manuel \u00e0 la pierre \u00e0 huile, en utilisant le k\u00e9ros\u00e8ne comme lubrifiant ou liquide de refroidissement. La s\u00e9quence d'utilisation est la suivante : 180# \u2192 240# \u2192 320# \u2192 400# \u2192 600# \u2192 800# \u2192 1000#.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-02-semi-finishing-polishing\">02. Semi-finition Polissage<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Le polissage de semi-finition utilise principalement du papier de verre et du k\u00e9ros\u00e8ne. La s\u00e9quence d'utilisation du papier de verre est la suivante : 400# \u2192 600# \u2192 800# \u2192 1000# \u2192 1200# \u2192 1500#. Notez que le papier de verre #1500 ne convient qu'\u00e0 l'acier moul\u00e9 tremp\u00e9 (sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 52HRC) et non \u00e0 l'acier pr\u00e9tremp\u00e9, car il risque d'endommager la surface et d'emp\u00eacher l'effet de polissage souhait\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-03-fine-polishing\">03. Polissage fin<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Le polissage fin utilise principalement de la p\u00e2te \u00e0 polir diamant\u00e9e. Si une roue de drap de polissage m\u00e9lang\u00e9e \u00e0 de la poudre ou de la p\u00e2te de polissage diamant\u00e9e est utilis\u00e9e, la s\u00e9quence de polissage typique est 9\u03bcm (1800#) \u2192 6\u03bcm (3000#) \u2192 3\u03bcm (8000#). La p\u00e2te \u00e0 polir diamant\u00e9e de 9\u03bcm et le disque en tissu de polissage peuvent \u00e9liminer les rayures capillaires laiss\u00e9es par le papier de verre 1200# et 1500#. Ensuite, le polissage se poursuit en utilisant le feutre et la p\u00e2te \u00e0 polir diamant\u00e9e dans l'ordre : 1\u03bcm (14000#) \u2192 1\/2\u03bcm (60000#) \u2192 1\/4\u03bcm (100000#).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-04-polishing-environment\">04. Environnement de polissage<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Le processus de polissage doit \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9 dans deux zones distinctes : l'une pour le pon\u00e7age grossier et l'autre pour le polissage fin. Il est important de nettoyer soigneusement la pi\u00e8ce entre les \u00e9tapes afin d'\u00e9liminer toutes les particules abrasives de l'\u00e9tape pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. Apr\u00e8s avoir termin\u00e9 le polissage grossier avec des pierres \u00e0 huile jusqu'au papier de verre 1200#, la pi\u00e8ce doit \u00eatre d\u00e9plac\u00e9e dans une salle sans poussi\u00e8re pour le polissage afin de s'assurer qu'aucune particule de poussi\u00e8re n'adh\u00e8re \u00e0 la surface du moule. Terminez les processus de polissage n\u00e9cessitant une pr\u00e9cision sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 1\u03bcm (y compris 1\u03bcm) dans une salle de polissage propre. Pour un polissage encore plus pr\u00e9cis, un environnement absolument propre est n\u00e9cessaire, car la poussi\u00e8re, la fum\u00e9e, les pellicules et la salive peuvent ruiner la surface polie de haute pr\u00e9cision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois le processus de polissage termin\u00e9, il convient de prot\u00e9ger la surface de la pi\u00e8ce de la poussi\u00e8re. Polissage chimique<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le polissage chimique consiste \u00e0 immerger le mat\u00e9riau dans un milieu chimique o\u00f9 les protub\u00e9rances microscopiques de la surface se dissolvent de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence aux zones en creux, ce qui permet d'obtenir une surface lisse. Les principaux avantages de cette m\u00e9thode sont qu'elle ne n\u00e9cessite pas d'\u00e9quipement complexe, qu'elle peut polir des pi\u00e8ces de forme complexe et qu'elle peut polir plusieurs pi\u00e8ces simultan\u00e9ment, ce qui lui conf\u00e8re une grande efficacit\u00e9. Le principal d\u00e9fi du polissage chimique r\u00e9side dans la pr\u00e9paration de la solution de polissage. Polissage \u00e9lectrolytique<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le principe de base du polissage \u00e9lectrolytique est similaire \u00e0 celui du polissage chimique : les protub\u00e9rances microscopiques \u00e0 la surface du mat\u00e9riau se dissolvent de mani\u00e8re s\u00e9lective, ce qui permet d'obtenir une surface lisse. Par rapport au polissage chimique, il permet d'\u00e9liminer les effets des r\u00e9actions cathodiques, offrant ainsi de meilleurs r\u00e9sultats. Polissage par ultrasons<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le polissage par ultrasons, nous pla\u00e7ons la pi\u00e8ce dans une suspension abrasive et la soumettons \u00e0 un champ ultrasonique. Les vibrations ultrasoniques provoquent le polissage de la surface de la pi\u00e8ce par l'abrasif. Le traitement par ultrasons g\u00e9n\u00e8re une force macroscopique minimale, emp\u00eachant la d\u00e9formation de la pi\u00e8ce, mais l'outillage et la configuration peuvent \u00eatre difficiles \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre. Le traitement par ultrasons peut \u00eatre combin\u00e9 \u00e0 des m\u00e9thodes chimiques ou \u00e9lectrochimiques.
