cr\u00e9er une transition graduelle entre deux surfaces adjacentes. \u00c0 cet \u00e9gard, ils sont interchangeables. Toutefois, dans de nombreuses applications, il existe des diff\u00e9rences marqu\u00e9es entre les cong\u00e9s et les chanfreins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. M\u00e9thodes de traitement<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour l'usinage standard, les cong\u00e9s int\u00e9rieurs et ext\u00e9rieurs verticaux peuvent \u00eatre facilement trait\u00e9s, ce qui n'est pas le cas des chanfreins int\u00e9rieurs. Les filets n\u00e9cessitent des outils sp\u00e9cifiques pour obtenir des rayons de diff\u00e9rentes tailles (il est bon d'avoir un rayon de filet plus grand que le rayon de l'outil dans le processus d'usinage). Fonctionnalit\u00e9<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les cong\u00e9s et les chanfreins peuvent tous deux r\u00e9duire la concentration des contraintes et optimiser l'\u00e9coulement. Toutefois, les cong\u00e9s offrent une transition continue, tandis que les chanfreins offrent une transition lin\u00e9aire, laissant un bord apr\u00e8s le chanfrein. Par rapport aux chanfreins, les cong\u00e9s offrent une concentration de contraintes et une r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'\u00e9coulement moindres, ce qui les rend pr\u00e9f\u00e9rables dans les pi\u00e8ces en plastique, \u00e0 moins que les bords du chanfrein ne soient encore arrondis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toutefois, si votre projet comporte des trous de vis, des trous de positionnement ou des goupilles de positionnement, l'utilisation de filets n'est pas un bon choix. L'esth\u00e9tique<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>D'un point de vue esth\u00e9tique, les filets sont souvent pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s dans le design industriel en raison de leurs caract\u00e9ristiques visuellement agr\u00e9ables. Les filets sont doux et confortables, donnant un sentiment de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de proximit\u00e9. En revanche, les chanfreins donnent une impression de nettet\u00e9 et d'agressivit\u00e9.
