Mais pour cela, il faut d'abord d\u00e9terminer le plan de joint. La surface de contact entre ces modules est appel\u00e9e plan de joint, ou surface de s\u00e9paration. Au sens \u00e9troit, le plan de joint d\u00e9signe la surface de s\u00e9paration au niveau du plus grand contour de la pi\u00e8ce en plastique, qui s\u00e9pare la cavit\u00e9 et le noyau ou les moules avant et arri\u00e8re. Au sens large, le plan de joint comprend \u00e9galement les plans de joint locaux de la pi\u00e8ce en plastique (tels que les plans de joint des trous) et les plans de joint de tous les modules impliqu\u00e9s dans le moulage (tels que les coulisseaux), <a href=\"https:\/\/firstmold.com\/fr\/guides\/mold-lifter\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>releveurs angulaires<\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/firstmold.com\/fr\/guides\/mold-inserts\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>inserts<\/strong><\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La limite o\u00f9 le plan de joint croise la surface de la pi\u00e8ce en plastique est appel\u00e9e plan de joint (PL). \u00c9tant donn\u00e9 qu'il est impossible d'obtenir un contact totalement sans interstice entre les modules de formage, cet interstice est transf\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00e0 la pi\u00e8ce en plastique apr\u00e8s le moulage, formant une marque r\u00e9siduelle en forme d'\u00e9clair. La direction du glissement est indiqu\u00e9e ci-dessous. Si nous concevons le plan de joint pour qu'il suive la forme en escalier, cela devient compliqu\u00e9. Pour simplifier le plan de joint, on peut envisager d'en faire un plan, mais il en r\u00e9sulte une ligne de moulage sur la surface de la pi\u00e8ce. Par exemple, la pi\u00e8ce illustr\u00e9e ci-dessous, si elle \u00e9tait prolong\u00e9e, formerait un angle aigu. Choisissez une surface de scellement qui augmente la r\u00e9sistance du moule et \u00e9vite la formation de bavures sur la pi\u00e8ce en plastique. Le choix du plan de joint doit r\u00e9pondre aux exigences du d\u00e9moulage :<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le plan de joint principal doit se situer au niveau du plus grand contour de la projection de la pi\u00e8ce dans le sens du d\u00e9moulage. Cela simplifie la structure du moule.
