Nous avons abord\u00e9 la pression d'injection en d\u00e9tail dans l'article \"<a href=\"https:\/\/firstmold.com\/fr\/guides\/injection-speed-and-injection-pressure\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Pression et vitesse d'injection<\/strong><\/a>\". Aujourd'hui, nous allons nous concentrer sur la compr\u00e9hension de la pression de retenue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-are-holding-pressure-and-holding-time\">Qu'est-ce que la pression de maintien et le temps de maintien ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous savons tous que la pression est utilis\u00e9e pour surmonter la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'\u00e9coulement et manifester la vitesse. D'une mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, la pression d'injection comprend \u00e0 la fois la pression et la vitesse, tandis que la pression de maintien n'implique que la pression et non la vitesse. La pression d'injection correspond \u00e0 la pression et \u00e0 la vitesse utilis\u00e9es pour remplir la cavit\u00e9 du moule de mat\u00e9riau fondu jusqu'\u00e0 95% de son volume, apr\u00e8s quoi elle passe \u00e0 la pression de maintien. La pression d'injection passe g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement d'une vitesse lente \u00e0 haute pression \u00e0 une vitesse rapide \u00e0 haute pression, puis \u00e0 une vitesse lente \u00e0 basse pression avant de passer \u00e0 la pression de maintien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une pression de maintien est appliqu\u00e9e apr\u00e8s que le mat\u00e9riau en fusion a rempli la cavit\u00e9 du moule afin d'\u00e9viter les vides caus\u00e9s par <a href=\"https:\/\/firstmold.com\/fr\/guides\/plastic-shrinkage\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>solidification retrait<\/strong><\/a> ou des faiblesses \u00e0 la position de la porte, garantissant ainsi une r\u00e9sistance suffisante de la pi\u00e8ce. Il passe g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement d'une vitesse basse \u00e0 haute pression (temps d\u00e9termin\u00e9 par l'\u00e9paisseur du produit) \u00e0 une vitesse lente \u00e0 basse pression avant de passer au stockage des mat\u00e9riaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La pression de maintien signifie que la vis ne se r\u00e9tracte pas imm\u00e9diatement apr\u00e8s l'injection, mais qu'elle continue \u00e0 appliquer une pression sur le mat\u00e9riau fondu \u00e0 l'extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 avant. Pendant la phase de maintien, le plastique dans la cavit\u00e9 du moule se r\u00e9tracte en raison du refroidissement, et si la porte n'est pas gel\u00e9e, la vis avance lentement sous la pression de maintien, ce qui permet d'injecter davantage de plastique dans la cavit\u00e9 pour compenser le r\u00e9tr\u00e9cissement. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, la pression de maintien est inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 la pression d'injection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le temps de maintien est la dur\u00e9e qui permet de s'assurer que la porte du produit est compl\u00e8tement gel\u00e9e, emp\u00eachant ainsi le reflux. Si ce temps est trop court, des bosses de r\u00e9traction peuvent se former pr\u00e8s de l'opercule. S'il est trop long, il peut entra\u00eener des contraintes internes excessives et une saillie de l'opercule. La m\u00e9thode de mesure du poids permet de d\u00e9terminer si l'opercule est gel\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-transition-point\">Point de transition<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le point de transition est un concept cl\u00e9. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, le point de transition est le moment o\u00f9 le produit est 95% rempli sous une pression de maintien nulle, passant de l'injection au maintien. Pour les produits \u00e0 parois minces, il s'agit g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement d'un remplissage \u00e0 98%. Pour les coureurs d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibr\u00e9s, il s'agit g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de 70%-80%, en fonction de la situation sp\u00e9cifique. L'injection en plusieurs \u00e9tapes avec des vitesses lentes-rapides-lentes est recommand\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-impact-of-holding-pressure-and-holding-time-on-injection-molded-parts\">L'impact de la pression et du temps de maintien sur les pi\u00e8ces moul\u00e9es par injection<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-impact-of-holding-pressure\">Impact de la pression de maintien :<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Trop bas :<\/strong> R\u00e9sultats en <a href=\"https:\/\/firstmold.com\/fr\/tips\/short-shot-in-injection-molding\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>coups courts<\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/firstmold.com\/fr\/tips\/sink-marks\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>marques d'\u00e9vier<\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/firstmold.com\/fr\/tips\/weld-lines\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>lignes de soudure<\/strong><\/a>etc. Une pression de maintien insuffisante entra\u00eene une compression insuffisante de la mati\u00e8re plastique fondue dans la cavit\u00e9 du moule, ce qui se traduit par une densit\u00e9 plus faible et un retrait plus important lors du refroidissement, de sorte que le volume final est inf\u00e9rieur au volume de la cavit\u00e9 du moule.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Trop \u00e9lev\u00e9 :<\/strong> Provoque des d\u00e9formations, des bavures et des cas graves d'expansion du moule. Une quantit\u00e9 excessive de mati\u00e8re plastique fondue se comprime dans la cavit\u00e9 du moule et le retrait de refroidissement ne compense pas de mani\u00e8re ad\u00e9quate, ce qui entra\u00eene des contraintes r\u00e9siduelles. En d'autres termes, le plastique comprim\u00e9 dans la cavit\u00e9 du moule forme une pression \u00e9lev\u00e9e dans la cavit\u00e9 qui se dissipe simplement lors du refroidissement complet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-impact-of-holding-time\">Impact de la dur\u00e9e d'attente :<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Trop long :<\/strong> Affecte le temps de cycle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Trop court :<\/strong> Il en r\u00e9sulte un poids insuffisant, des vides internes et des dimensions r\u00e9duites.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Remarque : la pression de maintien influe sur le temps de maintien. Plus la pression de maintien est \u00e9lev\u00e9e, plus le temps de maintien est long.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-setting-holding-pressure-and-holding-time\">R\u00e9glage de la pression et du temps de maintien<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La pression de maintien est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement r\u00e9gl\u00e9e entre les pressions de maintien minimale et maximale, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de faible \u00e0 \u00e9lev\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pression de maintien minimale :<\/strong> Bas\u00e9 sur le point de transition pr\u00e9cis, il fournit une pression de maintien suffisante pour \u00e9viter le sous-remplissage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pression de maintien maximale :<\/strong> Sur la base du point de transition pr\u00e9cis, il fournit une pression de maintien juste avant que le clignotement ne se produise. Cette plage indique la fen\u00eatre de traitement s\u00fbre pour le produit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D'une mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pression de maintien PA = 50% de la pression d'injection<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/firstmold.com\/fr\/guides\/pom-plastic\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>POM<\/strong><\/a> Pression de maintien = 80% de la pression d'injection (peut \u00eatre de 100% pour une grande pr\u00e9cision dimensionnelle)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pression de maintien du PP\/PE = 30-50% de la pression d'injection<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-classic-steps-for-setting-holding-time\">\u00c9tapes classiques du r\u00e9glage de la dur\u00e9e d'attente :<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>R\u00e9gler la temp\u00e9rature de fusion au milieu de la fourchette des valeurs recommand\u00e9es par le fabricant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e9gler la vitesse d'injection de remplissage, le point de transition et le temps de refroidissement sur des valeurs s\u00fbres.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e9gler la pression de maintien (voir les \u00e9tapes ci-dessus).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e9finissez diff\u00e9rents temps de maintien, en notant que l'augmentation du temps de maintien r\u00e9duit le temps de refroidissement, tout en conservant le m\u00eame cycle. Pesez les pi\u00e8ces dans diff\u00e9rentes conditions de maintien, saisissez les donn\u00e9es dans une feuille Excel et tracez la courbe poids-pression de maintien.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e9terminer la plage de temps o\u00f9 le poids de la pi\u00e8ce ne change pas de mani\u00e8re significative. Le temps juste avant cette plage est le temps de scellage de la porte. En r\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, le temps de maintien est sup\u00e9rieur de 0,5 \u00e0 2 secondes au temps de scellage de la
