plastique. Elles sont caus\u00e9es par les goupilles d'\u00e9jection du moule qui appuient sur les pi\u00e8ces et les endommagent pendant le d\u00e9moulage, ce qui entra\u00eene un blanchiment des zones endommag\u00e9es. Des marques importantes au niveau du goujon d'\u00e9jection peuvent entra\u00eener des fissures, des d\u00e9formations et d'autres probl\u00e8mes en cours d'utilisation, r\u00e9duisant ainsi la dur\u00e9e de vie du produit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce d\u00e9faut n'est ni fatal ni grave, mais s'il appara\u00eet sur la surface ext\u00e9rieure, il est inacceptable pour les clients. Pour les pi\u00e8ces non apparentes, il est parfois possible de n\u00e9gocier avec les clients et d'accepter les produits sur la base de normes d'\u00e9chantillonnage limit\u00e9es ou de crit\u00e8res d'inspection \u00e9crits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-causes-and-solutions-for-ejector-pin-marks\">Causes et solutions pour les marques de la broche d'\u00e9jection<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque des marques d'\u00e9jection apparaissent, v\u00e9rifiez d'abord si la paroi du produit est trop fine pour r\u00e9sister \u00e0 la force d'\u00e9jection ; essayez d'utiliser un agent de d\u00e9moulage pour en v\u00e9rifier l'effet. Il convient \u00e9galement d'\u00e9valuer le mat\u00e9riau et l'environnement externe pour d\u00e9terminer si le d\u00e9faut appara\u00eet de mani\u00e8re constante ou cyclique, puis d'ajuster les param\u00e8tres de moulage en cons\u00e9quence. La vitesse d'\u00e9jection est le principal facteur \u00e0 l'origine des marques de la tige d'\u00e9jection pendant l'injection ; une vitesse trop rapide augmente l'adh\u00e9rence du moule. Par cons\u00e9quent, la r\u00e9duction de l'adh\u00e9rence du moule est une consid\u00e9ration primordiale lors de l'ajustement du processus d'injection. V\u00e9rifiez si le blanchiment se produit lorsqu'il n'y a pas d'\u00e9jection ; si c'est le cas, cela est d\u00fb \u00e0 l'adh\u00e9rence devant le produit.
