Elles sont complexes et vari\u00e9es. Faible surface de section de la porte et de la glissi\u00e8re<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Si la section transversale de la porte et de la glissi\u00e8re du moule est trop petite, elle augmente la r\u00e9sistance au remplissage, emp\u00eachant l'\u00e9coulement r\u00e9gulier de la mati\u00e8re fondue et provoquant des marques de vagues. Pour rem\u00e9dier \u00e0 ce probl\u00e8me, il est conseill\u00e9 d'agrandir la section de la porte et de la glissi\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-improper-design-of-cold-slug-wells\">2. Mauvaise conception des puits d'extraction \u00e0 froid<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Si un mat\u00e9riau froid p\u00e9n\u00e8tre dans la cavit\u00e9, il peut produire des marques de vagues. C'est pourquoi de grands pi\u00e8ges \u00e0 limaces froides doivent \u00eatre plac\u00e9s aux extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s des canaux principaux et secondaires du moule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-improper-design-of-the-cooling-system\">3. Mauvaise conception du syst\u00e8me de refroidissement<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Si le syst\u00e8me de refroidissement du moule est mal con\u00e7u et que le refroidissement est in\u00e9gal, il peut provoquer des marques de vagues. Dans ce cas, la conception du syst\u00e8me de refroidissement doit \u00eatre r\u00e9\u00e9valu\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-4-improper-design-of-gate-location-and-shape\">4. Mauvaise conception de l'emplacement et de la forme de la porte<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Si l'emplacement et la forme de la porte sont mal con\u00e7us, lorsque la mati\u00e8re fondue passe d'une section \u00e9troite du canal \u00e0 une section plus large de la cavit\u00e9, elle peut facilement g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des turbulences, ce qui entra\u00eene la formation de marques de vagues. Par cons\u00e9quent, la porte doit \u00eatre con\u00e7ue en sections \u00e9paisses ou directement sur la paroi lat\u00e9rale, de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence en forme d'\u00e9ventail ou de film.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-5-volatile-gases-produced-during-plasticization\">5. Gaz volatils produits lors de la plastification<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Certaines mati\u00e8res plastiques, telles que l'ABS ou d'autres r\u00e9sines copolym\u00e8res, produisent des gaz volatils \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures \u00e9lev\u00e9es pendant la plastification, ce qui provoque des marques d'\u00e9coulement en forme de nuages \u00e0 la surface des pi\u00e8ces en plastique. Pour rem\u00e9dier \u00e0 ce probl\u00e8me, la temp\u00e9rature de traitement peut \u00eatre abaiss\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re appropri\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-6-poor-fluidity\">6. Faible fluidit\u00e9<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Certaines r\u00e9sines, comme <a href=\"https:\/\/firstmold.com\/fr\/guides\/pc-plastic\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>PC<\/strong><\/a>ont une mauvaise fluidit\u00e9. Les r\u00e9sines d'une m\u00eame marque peuvent \u00e9galement diff\u00e9rer en termes de fluidit\u00e9, et une fluidit\u00e9 m\u00e9diocre est souvent une cause majeure des marques d'\u00e9coulement. Il convient donc d'utiliser des r\u00e9sines ayant une bonne fluidit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-7-insufficient-lubricant-in-the-material\">7. Insuffisance de lubrifiant dans le mat\u00e9riau<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>S'il y a trop peu de lubrifiant, la mati\u00e8re fondue est peu fluide, ce qui entra\u00eene des marques d'\u00e9coulement. Par cons\u00e9quent, la quantit\u00e9 d'additifs lubrifiants doit \u00eatre augment\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re appropri\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-8-holding-pressure-time-is-too-short\">8. Le temps de maintien de la pression est trop court<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Si le <a href=\"https:\/\/firstmold.com\/fr\/guides\/holding-pressure-and-holding-time\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>temps de pression de maintien<\/strong><\/a> est trop court, des traces d'\u00e9coulement risquent d'appara\u00eetre \u00e0 la surface de la pi\u00e8ce en plastique. Il est possible de rem\u00e9dier \u00e0 ce probl\u00e8me en prolongeant la dur\u00e9e de la pression de maintien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-9-the-mold-temperature-is-too-low\">9. La temp\u00e9rature du moule est trop basse<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Si le <a href=\"https:\/\/firstmold.com\/fr\/guides\/mold-temperature\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>temp\u00e9rature du moule<\/strong><\/a> est trop faible, la mati\u00e8re fondue s'\u00e9coule lentement, ce qui entra\u00eene des marques d'\u00e9coulement. Pour rem\u00e9dier \u00e0 ce probl\u00e8me, r\u00e9duisez la quantit\u00e9 d'eau de refroidissement qui entre et v\u00e9rifiez que le syst\u00e8me de chauffage du moule fonctionne correctement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-10-improper-injection-speed\">10. Vitesse d'injection incorrecte<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Si la vitesse d'injection est trop rapide, la mati\u00e8re fondue s'\u00e9coule trop vite, ce qui provoque des turbulences dans la cavit\u00e9 et des marques d'\u00e9coulement. Pour rem\u00e9dier \u00e0 ce probl\u00e8me, la vitesse d'injection peut \u00eatre r\u00e9duite de mani\u00e8re appropri\u00e9e, ou une injection graduelle lente-rapide-lente peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si la vitesse d'injection est trop lente, la mati\u00e8re fondue s'\u00e9coule lentement, ce qui provoque un reflux et une stagnation dans la cavit\u00e9, entra\u00eenant la formation de marques d'\u00e9coulement. Dans ce cas, la vitesse d'injection doit \u00eatre augment\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re appropri\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-solutions-for-wave-flow-marks\">Solutions pour les marques d'\u00e9coulement des vagues<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2460 Modifier les conditions du processus. L'utilisation d'une injection \u00e0 haute pression et \u00e0 faible vitesse permet de maintenir la stabilit\u00e9 de l'\u00e9coulement de la mati\u00e8re fondue, \u00e9vitant ainsi l'apparition de marques de vagues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2461 Augmenter la temp\u00e9rature du moule. Plus la temp\u00e9rature du moule augmente, plus la fluidit\u00e9 de la mati\u00e8re fondue s'am\u00e9liore. Pour les polym\u00e8res cristallins, une temp\u00e9rature plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e facilite une cristallisation uniforme, r\u00e9duisant ainsi l'apparition de vagues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2462 Modifier la structure de la cavit\u00e9 du moule. La structure du moule peut \u00e9galement provoquer des marques de vagues \u00e0 la surface du produit. Si les bords du noyau du moule sont trop tranchants, l'\u00e9coulement de la mati\u00e8re fondue peut \u00eatre instable, ce qui entra\u00eene la formation de marques de vagues. Par cons\u00e9quent, le remplacement des ar\u00eates vives du noyau du moule par une transition tamponn\u00e9e permet de maintenir la stabilit\u00e9 de l'\u00e9coulement de la mati\u00e8re fondue et d'\u00e9viter les marques de vague.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2463 Modifier l'\u00e9paisseur du produit. L'\u00e9paisseur in\u00e9gale du produit peut faire varier la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'\u00e9coulement de la mati\u00e8re fondue, ce qui entra\u00eene un \u00e9coulement instable de la mati\u00e8re fondue. Mauvaise transition entre le portail et la paroi du moule<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Si la transition entre l'opercule et la paroi du moule est m\u00e9diocre, des marques de jetting risquent de se produire. Il est donc pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable d'utiliser une transition arrondie entre l'opercule et la paroi du moule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-the-gate-is-too-small\">2. Le portail est trop petit<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Si le portillon est trop petit, le plastique subira un taux de cisaillement et une contrainte de cisaillement \u00e9lev\u00e9s lorsqu'il s'\u00e9coulera \u00e0 travers le portillon, ce qui rend les petits portillons susceptibles de pr\u00e9senter des marques de jetting. Par cons\u00e9quent, la taille de l'obturateur ne doit pas \u00eatre trop petite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-improper-gate-location\">3. Mauvais emplacement du portail<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Si l'opercule fait directement face \u00e0 une cavit\u00e9 profonde, il est facile de produire des marques de projection. Par cons\u00e9quent, lors de la conception de l'opercule, il convient d'\u00e9viter de faire directement face \u00e0 une cavit\u00e9 profonde et d'utiliser l'injection de barri\u00e8res.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-4-the-fluidity-of-the-material-is-too-high\">4. La fluidit\u00e9 du mat\u00e9riau est trop \u00e9lev\u00e9e<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Si le mat\u00e9riau lui-m\u00eame a une bonne fluidit\u00e9, comme le PA, nous devons d\u00e9finir les conditions de moulage en fonction des caract\u00e9ristiques du mat\u00e9riau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-5-too-much-lubricant-in-the-material\">5. Trop de lubrifiant dans le mat\u00e9riau<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque l'on ajoute trop de lubrifiant, les cha\u00eenes mol\u00e9culaires \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur du mat\u00e9riau sont relativement l\u00e2ches. \u00c0 haute temp\u00e9rature et \u00e0 haute pression, la fluidit\u00e9 du mat\u00e9riau augmente, ce qui facilite l'apparition de marques de jetting. Il est donc pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de r\u00e9duire la quantit\u00e9 de lubrifiant de mani\u00e8re appropri\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-6-the-injection-speed-is-too-fast\">6. La vitesse d'injection est trop rapide<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les marques de jetting caus\u00e9es par ce type de raison sont principalement r\u00e9solues en r\u00e9duisant la vitesse d'injection initiale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-7-the-mold-temperature-is-too-low\">7. La temp\u00e9rature du moule est trop basse<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Si la temp\u00e9rature du moule est trop basse, le plastique frontal entrant dans la cavit\u00e9 peut facilement se refroidir, ce qui fait que le plastique frontal ne se lie pas \u00e9troitement avec le plastique suivant, ce qui entra\u00eene des marques de projection. Il convient donc d'augmenter la temp\u00e9rature du moule de mani\u00e8re appropri\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-8-the-melt-temperature-is-too-low\">8. La temp\u00e9rature de fusion est trop basse<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Si la temp\u00e9rature de fusion est trop basse, il est facile de produire des marques de jetting. Il convient donc d'augmenter la temp\u00e9rature de fusion de mani\u00e8re appropri\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-solutions-for-jetting-marks\">Solutions pour les marques de jetting<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2460 Modifier les conditions du processus. L'utilisation d'une injection \u00e0 haute pression et \u00e0 faible vitesse peut augmenter le temps d'\u00e9coulement de la mati\u00e8re fondue \u00e9lastique sur la m\u00eame longueur d'\u00e9coulement, augmentant le degr\u00e9 de rupture \u00e9lastique et r\u00e9duisant ainsi l'apparition de marques radiales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2461 Modifier la forme de la porte du moule.
