L'ancien moule pr\u00e9sente un affaissement d\u00fb \u00e0 la fatigue autour de la cavit\u00e9 en raison de l'\u00e9crasement de la bavette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2461 Le <a href=\"https:\/\/firstmold.com\/fr\/tag\/mold-design\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>conception de moules<\/strong><\/a> n'est pas raisonnable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La conception de la cavit\u00e9 est mal align\u00e9e, ce qui provoque une tension d'un c\u00f4t\u00e9 du moule pendant l'injection, d'o\u00f9 la formation d'une bavure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2462 Le moule pr\u00e9sente un mauvais parall\u00e9lisme, est assembl\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re non parall\u00e8le, la plaque n'est pas parall\u00e8le ou les tirants pr\u00e9sentent une r\u00e9partition in\u00e9gale des forces et une d\u00e9formation in\u00e9gale, ce qui entra\u00eene une fermeture incompl\u00e8te du moule et donc une bavure. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2463 La pr\u00e9cision d'adaptation du noyau coulissant est m\u00e9diocre, et le noyau fixe et la cavit\u00e9 sont mal align\u00e9s, ce qui provoque des bavures. Comme on peut le constater, le flash est faible et se situe dans des limites acceptables. Cependant, pour certaines raisons, le client a demand\u00e9 \u00e0 passer \u00e0 un mat\u00e9riau PBT. Apr\u00e8s le changement de mat\u00e9riau, le flash est apparu et il a \u00e9t\u00e9 difficile de r\u00e9soudre le probl\u00e8me par le biais du processus. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-reason-analysis-and-improvement-measures\">Analyse des motifs et mesures d'am\u00e9lioration<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans ce cas, le flash est principalement d\u00fb au flash du produit r\u00e9sultant du remplacement du mat\u00e9riau dans le cadre du contr\u00f4le du processus de moulage d'origine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-mold-related-causes\">Causes li\u00e9es aux moisissures :<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans ce cas, la structure du produit est simple, utilisant un seul point d'injection lat\u00e9ral. Le mat\u00e9riau utilis\u00e9 pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment \u00e9tait le PC, et les param\u00e8tres du processus de moulage ainsi que l'ouverture du moule \u00e9taient conformes aux exigences du mat\u00e9riau PC. La valeur de d\u00e9bordement (largeur de l'\u00e9vent) pour le mat\u00e9riau PC est de 0,06 mm, tandis que celle du mat\u00e9riau PBT est plus petite, \u00e0 savoir 0,02 mm. En comparant les donn\u00e9es, il est \u00e9vident que si le moule est con\u00e7u pour 0,06 mm, le PBT produira des bavures dans des zones o\u00f9 le PC n'en produisait pas auparavant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-measures-to-solve-the-above-problem\">Mesures pour r\u00e9soudre le probl\u00e8me ci-dessus :<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Lors de l'ouverture du moule, il convient de respecter la valeur de d\u00e9bordement correcte, faute de quoi le moule doit \u00eatre modifi\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Remarque :<\/strong> Dans ce cas, bien que les mat\u00e9riaux PBT et PC diff\u00e8rent en termes de fluidit\u00e9 et de temp\u00e9rature d'injection, la diff\u00e9rence de valeur de d\u00e9bordement est un fait. Par cons\u00e9quent, lors du remplacement des mat\u00e9riaux et de la conception des moules, il convient de prendre pleinement en compte ces impacts, car les ajustements de processus peuvent s'av\u00e9rer difficiles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-in-conclusion\">En conclusion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le flash est l'un des d\u00e9fauts de moulage par injection les plus courants.
