data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Le d\u00e9p\u00f4t physique en phase vapeur (PVD) est une technologie qui, dans des conditions de vide, utilise des m\u00e9thodes physiques pour vaporiser des mat\u00e9riaux solides ou liquides en atomes gazeux, en mol\u00e9cules ou en ions partiellement ionis\u00e9s. Ceux-ci sont ensuite d\u00e9pos\u00e9s sur la surface du substrat par un processus gazeux (ou plasma) \u00e0 basse pression pour former un film mince ayant des fonctions sp\u00e9cifiques.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-be99cbd elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"be99cbd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La technologie PVD permet de d\u00e9poser non seulement des films m\u00e9talliques et des films d'alliage, mais aussi des films compos\u00e9s, des films c\u00e9ramiques, des films semi-conducteurs et des films polym\u00e8res.
