Il a donc fallu trouver de nouveaux moyens d'optimiser la fabrication des composants des haut-parleurs du client pour \u00e9viter ces probl\u00e8mes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-solution\">Solution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En \u00e9troite collaboration avec le client, les ing\u00e9nieurs de First Mold ont con\u00e7u une s\u00e9rie de solutions compl\u00e8tes pour r\u00e9soudre tous les probl\u00e8mes de fabrication de pi\u00e8ces de haut-parleurs identifi\u00e9s. La production de composants de haut-parleurs a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en tenant pleinement compte des normes IEC 60268. L'ensemble du processus de production a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en conformit\u00e9 avec le syst\u00e8me de gestion de la qualit\u00e9 ISO 13485 afin de garantir la meilleure qualit\u00e9 du produit et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l'utilisateur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-tooling\">Outillage<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le plan du client identifiait le PP comme le principal mat\u00e9riau utilis\u00e9 pour la fabrication des enceintes. La production de moules pour haut-parleurs a donc \u00e9t\u00e9 optimis\u00e9e en fonction de ce mat\u00e9riau. Voici quelques-unes des principales consid\u00e9rations des ing\u00e9nieurs de First Mold :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><em>\u00c9paisseur de la paroi :<\/em><\/strong> Le premier moule a maintenu une \u00e9paisseur de paroi uniforme de 2 mm. Cela \u00e9tait n\u00e9cessaire pour \u00e9viter un refroidissement in\u00e9gal qui entra\u00eene des marques d'enfoncement et un gauchissement. Cette op\u00e9ration \u00e9tait \u00e9galement n\u00e9cessaire pour prot\u00e9ger la surface des marques de tra\u00een\u00e9e.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em>Conception et positionnement des portes :<\/em><\/strong> First Mold a incorpor\u00e9 de plus grandes ouvertures dans la fabrication des moules pour haut-parleurs. Des portillons plus grands ont permis de compenser les caract\u00e9ristiques d'\u00e9coulement du PP et de r\u00e9duire les contraintes internes. En outre, les portillons ont \u00e9t\u00e9 plac\u00e9s strat\u00e9giquement dans des zones plus \u00e9paisses afin de garantir un emballage correct et de r\u00e9duire le risque de marques d'enfoncement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em>Ventilation :<\/em><\/strong> Les ing\u00e9nieurs de First Mold ont ajout\u00e9 des \u00e9vents am\u00e9lior\u00e9s \u00e0 l'extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 de la trajectoire du flux. Il s'agissait d'un \u00e9l\u00e9ment crucial pour assurer un refroidissement uniforme.
