Nous avons r\u00e9alis\u00e9 une \u00e9tude de faisabilit\u00e9 et \u00e9labor\u00e9 un plan de projet d\u00e9taill\u00e9, en nous concentrant sur la conception du moule et le processus de production. Les principales \u00e9tapes initiales \u00e9taient les suivantes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Analyse des besoins et planification des projets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Examen du mod\u00e8le CAO 3D du masque pour b\u00e9b\u00e9 fourni par le client<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u00e9lection du caoutchouc de silicone liquide (LSR) de qualit\u00e9 m\u00e9dicale comme mat\u00e9riau<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-silicone-injection-molded-infant-mask-development\">D\u00e9veloppement de masques pour nourrissons moul\u00e9s par injection de silicone<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le processus de d\u00e9veloppement a \u00e9t\u00e9 m\u00e9ticuleusement planifi\u00e9 et ex\u00e9cut\u00e9 pour garantir des r\u00e9sultats de haute qualit\u00e9. Nous avons optimis\u00e9 ces param\u00e8tres par de multiples essais.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Complexit\u00e9 de la conception des moules<\/strong>: La conception complexe du masque pour b\u00e9b\u00e9, qui comprend des sections fines et des caract\u00e9ristiques d\u00e9taill\u00e9es, a pos\u00e9 un d\u00e9fi.
