Le projet compl\u00e8te principalement la production de connecteurs de table pour les clients sur une base r\u00e9guli\u00e8re gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l'outillage rapide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-understanding-the-customer-s-needs\">Comprendre les besoins du client<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Notre client nous a fait part de ses besoins sp\u00e9cifiques en mati\u00e8re de connecteurs de table :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Production en petites s\u00e9ries<\/strong>: Le client avait besoin d'une quantit\u00e9 modeste de 300 pi\u00e8ces par trimestre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Haute durabilit\u00e9<\/strong>: Compte tenu du r\u00f4le structurel des connecteurs de table, les produits devaient \u00eatre robustes et durables.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ajustement de pr\u00e9cision<\/strong>: Les connecteurs devaient \u00eatre parfaitement ajust\u00e9s pour faciliter le montage et assurer la stabilit\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 la petite taille des lots, First Mold s'est engag\u00e9 \u00e0 fournir une qualit\u00e9 et une valeur exceptionnelles, en veillant \u00e0 ce que les besoins de nos clients soient pleinement satisfaits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-challenges-in-insert-molding-for-table-connectors\">D\u00e9fis du moulage par insertion pour les connecteurs de table<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le moulage par insertion consiste \u00e0 placer un composant pr\u00e9form\u00e9 (insert) dans un moule, puis \u00e0 injecter du plastique autour de celui-ci pour former une seule pi\u00e8ce solide.
