Le fabricant souhaitait faire appel \u00e0 une entreprise r\u00e9put\u00e9e capable de concevoir des moules de pr\u00e9cision pour le projet, et First Mold lui a \u00e9t\u00e9 chaudement recommand\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bowen Huang, directeur de production chez First Mold, a \u00e9t\u00e9 ravi de faire visiter au client les diff\u00e9rentes sections de l'usine. Le fabricant a exprim\u00e9 ouvertement sa satisfaction et a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 exposer ses besoins d\u00e9taill\u00e9s en mati\u00e8re de fabrication de bo\u00eetiers de calculateurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En raison de la l\u00e9g\u00e8re courbure de la conception, le client \u00e9tait tr\u00e8s soucieux d'\u00e9quilibrer les performances et la durabilit\u00e9 tout en maintenant un poids d'environ 150 grammes (0,33 livres). Elle n\u00e9cessite une grande pr\u00e9cision, un usinage sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 et des interventions \u00e0 forte intensit\u00e9 de main-d'\u0153uvre de la part d'ing\u00e9nieurs qualifi\u00e9s. Pour relever ce d\u00e9fi, First Mold a d\u00fb s'appuyer sur un logiciel de CAO haut de gamme et un usinage CNC \u00e0 5 axes pour cr\u00e9er un moule en acier destin\u00e9 \u00e0 la fabrication d'un bo\u00eetier de calculatrice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s la production, la surface finale du moule a n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 un degr\u00e9 de polissage tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9 afin de garantir que le produit final pr\u00e9sente une finition propre et lisse, pr\u00eate \u00e0 \u00eatre imprim\u00e9e en s\u00e9rigraphie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le principal mat\u00e9riau utilis\u00e9 pour ce projet \u00e9tait l'ABS, qui pr\u00e9sente g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement un taux de retrait du moule de 0,4% \u00e0 0,7%, en fonction de la qualit\u00e9 et des conditions de traitement. En revanche, si les tol\u00e9rances sont trop l\u00e2ches, la connexion sera faible, ce qui cr\u00e9era des espaces o\u00f9 l'humidit\u00e9 peut passer et endommager les composants \u00e9lectroniques internes d\u00e9licats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La concentration des contraintes sur le bras d'encliquetage (poutre en porte-\u00e0-faux), qui peut entra\u00eener la rupture de l'encliquetage lors de l'assemblage, constitue l'un des principaux d\u00e9fis pos\u00e9s par la conception des encliquetages. Pour \u00e9viter ce probl\u00e8me et garantir la durabilit\u00e9 \u00e0 long terme du produit, les ing\u00e9nieurs de First Mold ont ajout\u00e9 des cong\u00e9s (coins arrondis) \u00e0 la racine du cantilever pour r\u00e9partir les contraintes, ce qui a permis d'accro\u00eetre la r\u00e9sistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une autre approche des ing\u00e9nieurs de First Mold pour am\u00e9liorer la r\u00e9sistance de l'encliquetage a \u00e9t\u00e9 d'amincir la poutre en porte-\u00e0-faux afin de r\u00e9duire l'utilisation de mat\u00e9riaux et d'abaisser les pics de contrainte.
