Au cours du processus de moulage, le fabricant doit non seulement veiller \u00e0 la pr\u00e9cision des dimensions, mais aussi \u00e0 l'obtention d'un fini de surface impeccable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les fabricants de poign\u00e9es de portes int\u00e9rieures d'automobiles doivent faire preuve d'une grande prudence face \u00e0 des probl\u00e8mes tels que les lignes de soudure, les pores et les marques de mat\u00e9riaux froids. D'autres consid\u00e9rations essentielles sont \u00e0 prendre en compte lors de la conception ou du moulage d'une poign\u00e9e d'habitacle de voiture :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le design doit \u00e9viter les ar\u00eates vives et \u00eatre confortable pour divers utilisateurs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le mat\u00e9riau choisi doit \u00eatre ignifuge, l\u00e9ger et poss\u00e9der les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de finition de surface souhait\u00e9es.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La production en grande quantit\u00e9 peut n\u00e9cessiter un moulage par injection \u00e0 haute pression, ce qui exige une conception pr\u00e9cise des moules.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La finition secondaire peut comprendre un rev\u00eatement en poudre, une galvanisation ou un polissage pour r\u00e9pondre aux normes de qualit\u00e9 int\u00e9rieure de la marque.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La durabilit\u00e9 et le respect des r\u00e9glementations environnementales, en particulier pour la production de poign\u00e9es de porte EV, doivent \u00eatre au c\u0153ur de la philosophie de conception.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-client-requirement\">Exigences du client<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le client a contact\u00e9 First Mold pour la production de bo\u00eetiers de poign\u00e9es de portes int\u00e9rieures d'automobiles en lui pr\u00e9sentant un plan d\u00e9taill\u00e9 pr\u00e9cisant les exigences en mati\u00e8re d'apparence et de fonctionnalit\u00e9. La poign\u00e9e de porte avait une forme et une pr\u00e9cision uniques qui devaient \u00eatre respect\u00e9es pour qu'elle s'ins\u00e8re fermement dans le bo\u00eetier et qu'elle fonctionne avec tous les autres m\u00e9canismes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avant de contacter First Mold, le client s'\u00e9tait associ\u00e9 \u00e0 une autre usine o\u00f9 il avait constat\u00e9 plusieurs insuffisances au niveau de ses principales exigences en mati\u00e8re d'apparence, y compris plusieurs d\u00e9fauts d'apparence. Selon le client, le facteur d\u00e9terminant a \u00e9t\u00e9 l'absence de communication de la part du fabricant de moules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L'incapacit\u00e9 de l'ancien mouliste \u00e0 respecter l'apparence et l'efficacit\u00e9 des poign\u00e9es de portes automobiles, la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 constante de r\u00e9gler la machine, ce qui a entra\u00een\u00e9 des temps d'arr\u00eat prolong\u00e9s, et le manque de communication ad\u00e9quate ont conduit \u00e0 la rupture brutale du partenariat. Le client s'est alors retrouv\u00e9 \u00e0 la recherche d'un fournisseur fiable capable de combler le vide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-concerns-and-challenges\">Pr\u00e9occupations et d\u00e9fis<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les principales pr\u00e9occupations du client portaient sur la capacit\u00e9 de First Mold \u00e0 respecter l'aspect souhait\u00e9 du produit (en particulier l'absence de d\u00e9fauts de moulage) et sur l'efficacit\u00e9 du produit. Il souhaitait \u00e9galement \u00e9viter de devoir r\u00e9gler fr\u00e9quemment la machine, ce qui perturbait la production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour \u00e9viter que l'exp\u00e9rience pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente ne se r\u00e9p\u00e8te, le repr\u00e9sentant du client a demand\u00e9 \u00e0 visiter physiquement l'usine et les installations de First Mold afin de s'assurer de la capacit\u00e9 de production et de l'expertise de l'entreprise. \u00c0 l'issue de l'\u00e9valuation, le repr\u00e9sentant a formul\u00e9 des remarques extr\u00eamement positives et a entam\u00e9 des discussions sur les sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s du projet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le diagnostic pr\u00e9liminaire de First Mold, apr\u00e8s avoir re\u00e7u des \u00e9chantillons et des dessins probl\u00e9matiques du fournisseur pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent, a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 ce qui suit :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les mesures effectu\u00e9es \u00e0 l'aide d'une MMT ont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que la rondeur des trous de montage d\u00e9passait de 0,03 mm la tol\u00e9rance souhait\u00e9e.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le d\u00e9montage d'une pi\u00e8ce d\u00e9form\u00e9e a confirm\u00e9 que la pr\u00e9cision de l'alignement du moule \u00e9tait insuffisante (&gt;0,02 mm).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L'inspection des marques d'\u00e9coulement sur le mat\u00e9riau tendre a permis d'identifier une conception d\u00e9raisonnable de la vanne.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-solution\">Solution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apr\u00e8s avoir examin\u00e9 attentivement les trois probl\u00e8mes identifi\u00e9s lors du diagnostic pr\u00e9liminaire des poign\u00e9es de portes int\u00e9rieures automobiles d\u00e9fectueuses, First Mold a propos\u00e9 trois solutions pour r\u00e9soudre les probl\u00e8mes et d\u00e9passer les attentes du client. Le client est rest\u00e9 en contact permanent avec l'\u00e9quipe du service client\u00e8le de First Mold et a \u00e9t\u00e9 accompagn\u00e9 \u00e0 chaque \u00e9tape de la r\u00e9solution des probl\u00e8mes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-comprehensive-mold-upgrade\">1. Am\u00e9lioration compl\u00e8te des moules<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">First Mold a proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation d'un moule personnalis\u00e9 de haute pr\u00e9cision \u00e0 deux coups. Le moule personnalis\u00e9 \u00e9tait dot\u00e9 d'un double positionnement des broches de guidage et d'une porte d'acc\u00e8s aux mat\u00e9riaux souples en forme d'\u00e9ventail. Ces modifications ont permis de r\u00e9duire la pr\u00e9cision de l'alignement rotatif du moule \u00e0 0,01 mm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La cavit\u00e9 en mat\u00e9riau dur a subi un traitement de nitruration qui a tripl\u00e9 sa r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'usure. Ces modifications \u00e9taient n\u00e9cessaires pour \u00e9viter la formation de bavures lors de la production en s\u00e9rie. First Mold a cr\u00e9\u00e9 le moule personnalis\u00e9 de haute pr\u00e9cision \u00e0 deux tirs pour la poign\u00e9e de porte int\u00e9rieure de l'automobile en suivant les \u00e9tapes d\u00e9crites ci-dessous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><em>Conception du moule personnalis\u00e9 \u00e0 deux tirages \u00e0 l'aide d'un logiciel de CAO interne :<\/em><\/strong> Au cours de ce processus, les ing\u00e9nieurs de First Mold ont \u00e9galement effectu\u00e9 des analyses de flux pour atteindre les tol\u00e9rances de 0,01 mm exig\u00e9es par le client.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em>Construction de moules :<\/em><\/strong> Le moule a \u00e9t\u00e9 construit avec deux s\u00e9ries de cavit\u00e9s pour permettre l'injection s\u00e9quentielle. First Mold a ajout\u00e9 des caract\u00e9ristiques techniques, notamment un syst\u00e8me de glissement pour d\u00e9placer la premi\u00e8re pi\u00e8ce inject\u00e9e vers la deuxi\u00e8me cavit\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em>Finition :<\/em><\/strong> Pour atteindre le haut degr\u00e9 de pr\u00e9cision et l'\u00e9tat de surface requis, la cavit\u00e9 du moule a subi une finition secondaire \u00e0 l'aide d'un syst\u00e8me d'injection d'air comprim\u00e9. <a href=\"https:\/\/firstmold.com\/fr\/cnc-machining-service\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Solution d'usinage CNC<\/strong><\/a>. \u00c0 ce stade, l'\u00e9quipe charg\u00e9e du contr\u00f4le de la qualit\u00e9 v\u00e9rifie \u00e9galement que la machine de moulage par injection bicolore pour l'industrie automobile est parfaitement align\u00e9e afin d'\u00e9viter les bavures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-process-lock-in\">2. Verrouillage du processus<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le traitement des mat\u00e9riaux et le d\u00e9lai entre l'injection des deux mat\u00e9riaux diff\u00e9rents sont extr\u00eamement importants pour une bonne liaison. Une injection trop pr\u00e9coce du mat\u00e9riau mou risque de ruiner l'int\u00e9grit\u00e9 du mat\u00e9riau dur, tandis qu'une injection trop tardive entra\u00eene une mauvaise liaison entre les deux mat\u00e9riaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour ce projet, le mat\u00e9riau choisi par le client \u00e9tait le polypropyl\u00e8ne (PP) renforc\u00e9 avec des fibres de verre 10% (GF). Le m\u00e9lange de PP et de 10% GF am\u00e9liore la rigidit\u00e9, la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la traction, la r\u00e9sistance aux chocs, la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la chaleur et la stabilit\u00e9 dimensionnelle par rapport au PP pur. Un s\u00e9chage correct est essentiel pour que le plastique conserve ses propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques, assure une bonne stabilit\u00e9 et r\u00e9duise les d\u00e9chets dus \u00e0 la d\u00e9faillance du mat\u00e9riau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-segmented-temperature-control\">Contr\u00f4le segment\u00e9 de la temp\u00e9rature<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour le moulage par injection de la poign\u00e9e de porte, First Mold a mis en place un contr\u00f4le segment\u00e9 de la temp\u00e9rature pour l'injection de polyol\u00e9fine thermoplastique (TPO) (tonneau \u00e0 190 \u00b0C et buse \u00e0 200 \u00b0C). Ce contr\u00f4le segment\u00e9 de la temp\u00e9rature tient compte du fait que les diff\u00e9rentes zones du moule pour les poign\u00e9es de portes automobiles chauffent et refroidissent \u00e0 des vitesses diff\u00e9rentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-cooling-period-implementation\">Mise en \u0153uvre de la p\u00e9riode de refroidissement<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">First Mold a \u00e9galement \u00e9tabli une p\u00e9riode de refroidissement de 18 secondes pour le mat\u00e9riau dur avant l'injection du mat\u00e9riau mou afin d'assurer une fusion par micro-liaison \u00e0 l'interface.
