La longitud de onda de las ondas sonoras radiadas por un altavoz se acorta a medida que aumenta la frecuencia. Cuando la longitud de onda es comparable a las dimensiones f\u00edsicas del altavoz, la onda sonora radiada desarrolla una directividad pronunciada debido a la difracci\u00f3n y la interferencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La directividad del altavoz caracteriza su capacidad de irradiar sonido en distintas direcciones y depende de la frecuencia. El sonido de alta frecuencia presenta una mayor directividad, mientras que el de baja frecuencia es relativamente menos direccional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em><strong>Subwoofers y Woofers:<\/strong><\/em>&nbsp;La direcci\u00f3n de emisi\u00f3n del sonido es ilimitada. El recinto puede colocarse en cualquier lugar de la zona de escucha.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em>Altavoces Full-Range, Mid-Range y High-Frequency:<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;Lo ideal es que el transductor est\u00e9 orientado directamente hacia la posici\u00f3n de escucha. Es aconsejable evitar en la medida de lo posible el uso de altavoces con forma de tira larga y ultraestrechos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El tama\u00f1o del altavoz debe seleccionarse en funci\u00f3n del tama\u00f1o de la caja ac\u00fastica y su volumen neto. De acuerdo con los principios de dise\u00f1o del sistema de altavoces, es necesario elegir los par\u00e1metros T\/S y electroac\u00fasticos adecuados para el altavoz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-selection-of-driver-magnet\">Selecci\u00f3n del im\u00e1n conductor<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Los imanes externos (imanes de ferrita) son rentables, pero ocupan un gran volumen, lo que reduce el volumen efectivo dentro de la caja ac\u00fastica. Los imanes internos (imanes de tierras raras) tienen un coste m\u00e1s elevado, pero ocupan menos espacio, proporcionan un mayor volumen \u00fatil dentro de la caja y ofrecen un rendimiento magn\u00e9tico superior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-selection-of-cone\">Selecci\u00f3n del cono<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Las formas de los conos suelen adoptar conos de lados rectos y conos exponenciales. Los conos rectos son f\u00e1ciles de fabricar, pero su rendimiento a altas frecuencias es relativamente bajo, mientras que los conos exponenciales ofrecen un mejor rendimiento a altas frecuencias. Los dise\u00f1os de doble cono pueden adoptarse en circunstancias especiales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los principales materiales de los conos incluyen fibras naturales (fibras vegetales, fibras animales), fibras artificiales (fibras qu\u00edmicas, fibras sint\u00e9ticas), fibras inorg\u00e1nicas, pl\u00e1sticos (por ejemplo, <a href=\"https:\/\/firstmold.com\/es\/guides\/pp-plastic\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>PP<\/strong><\/a> conos), y metales (por ejemplo, aluminio). La selecci\u00f3n puede hacerse en funci\u00f3n de los requisitos de timbre y coste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-enclosure-design\">Dise\u00f1o del recinto<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El dise\u00f1o del tama\u00f1o del recinto del altavoz debe combinar los par\u00e1metros del altavoz con el volumen neto dentro del recinto. S\u00f3lo cuando ambos coinciden de forma \u00f3ptima se puede maximizar el rendimiento del sonido de baja frecuencia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los materiales del recinto suelen ser principalmente madera y pl\u00e1stico, y el grosor del material se determina en funci\u00f3n de la vibraci\u00f3n del recinto y la resonancia generada en su interior. Cuando las condiciones lo permitan, intente utilizar una pared m\u00e1s gruesa y a\u00f1ada adecuadamente <a href=\"https:\/\/firstmold.com\/es\/tips\/rib-design\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>nervios de refuerzo<\/strong><\/a> en la pared interior para reducir las vibraciones de la caja y suprimir las resonancias ac\u00fasticas en su interior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El recinto debe tener un buen sellado, y no debe haber fugas de aire ni problemas similares, para evitar que se genere ruido del viento y que afecte al rendimiento de baja frecuencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El dise\u00f1o del puerto en un recinto bass-reflex desempe\u00f1a un papel decisivo en la frecuencia de corte de baja frecuencia del altavoz. La posici\u00f3n de dise\u00f1o y la forma del puerto tienen que garantizar el flujo suave de aire dentro de la caja para reducir la distorsi\u00f3n de baja frecuencia y el ruido del viento. La longitud y el \u00e1rea de la secci\u00f3n transversal del puerto se dise\u00f1an y ajustan en funci\u00f3n del volumen de la caja y de los par\u00e1metros pertinentes del altavoz. Se construye utilizando un radiador pasivo para sustituir al puerto. Un control adecuado puede hacer que el sonido radiado producido por la vibraci\u00f3n del radiador pasivo est\u00e9 en fase con el sonido radiado hacia delante del altavoz, mejorando as\u00ed las caracter\u00edsticas de baja frecuencia del altavoz y mejorando la respuesta de baja frecuencia. Dise\u00f1e las secciones transversales en ambos extremos del puerto con una forma de transici\u00f3n gradual para evitar la generaci\u00f3n de ruido de viento de flujo de aire \u201cchasquido\u201d en las aberturas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para evitar que las ondas sonoras generen resonancia en el interior de la caja, el armaz\u00f3n de la caja debe ser lo suficientemente resistente, a\u00f1adiendo nervios de refuerzo en su interior y reforzando la conexi\u00f3n entre las cubiertas delantera y trasera. A\u00f1ada adecuadamente material absorbente del sonido en el interior del recinto e inst\u00e1lelo cerca de la pared interior del recinto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-acoustic-radiation-design\">Dise\u00f1o de radiaci\u00f3n ac\u00fastica<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Intente evitar que estructuras externas bloqueen los lugares de salida del sonido (incluido el lugar de salida del puerto). El mejor m\u00e9todo es tener el transductor del altavoz directamente expuesto. El siguiente mejor m\u00e9todo es utilizar materiales con mayor transparencia ac\u00fastica, como tela de rejilla de altavoz, malla de acero, etc.; despu\u00e9s vienen los paneles de pl\u00e1stico con grandes perforaciones; intente evitar el uso de paneles de salida con peque\u00f1os orificios.
