Este proceso suele realizarse manualmente. Para superficies con requisitos de alta calidad, podemos utilizar m\u00e9todos de pulido ultrafino. El pulido ultrafino emplea herramientas de esmerilado especiales en una lechada que contiene abrasivos, que se presionan contra la superficie de la pieza y se hacen girar a altas velocidades. Este m\u00e9todo puede alcanzar una rugosidad superficial de Ra0,008 \u03bcm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El pulido f\u00edsico de moldes es actualmente el m\u00e9todo de pulido m\u00e1s utilizado entre los fabricantes de moldes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-common-tools-and-specifications-for-mold-polishing\">1). Herramientas y especificaciones comunes para el pulido de moldes<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Las herramientas m\u00e1s utilizadas para el pulido de moldes son el papel de lija, las piedras de aceite, las ruedas de fieltro de lana, la pasta de pulir, las limas de aleaci\u00f3n, las agujas de esmerilado de diamante, las piezas de bamb\u00fa, las piedras de aceite de fibra y las m\u00e1quinas pulidoras rotativas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Papel de lija: 150#, 180#, 320#, 400#, 600#, 800#, 1000#, 1200#, 1500#<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Piedras de aceite: 120#, 220#, 400#, 600#<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ruedas de fieltro de lana: Cil\u00edndricas, c\u00f3nicas, rectangulares con puntas afiladas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pasta de pulir: 1# (blanco), 3# (amarillo), 6# (naranja), 9# (verde), 15# (azul), 25# (marr\u00f3n), 35# (rojo), 60# (morado)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Limas: Cuadradas, redondas, planas, triangulares y otras formas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agujas de amolar de diamante: Generalmente con v\u00e1stago de 3\/32 o 1\/8, disponibles en forma de onda redonda, cil\u00edndrica, cilindro recto largo y c\u00f3nica larga.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Piezas de bamb\u00fa: Varias formas adecuadas para operarios y formas de moldes, utilizadas para presionar el papel de lija durante el lijado para conseguir la rugosidad superficial deseada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Piedras de aceite de fibra: 200# (negro), 400# (azul), 600# (blanco), 800# (rojo)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-polishing-process\">2). Proceso de pulido<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-01-rough-polishing\">01. Pulido basto<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Despu\u00e9s de procesos como la molienda fina, <a href=\"https:\/\/firstmold.com\/es\/edm-service\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>EDM<\/strong><\/a>y <a href=\"https:\/\/firstmold.com\/es\/guides\/grinding\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>molienda<\/strong><\/a>, podemos pulir las superficies utilizando una pulidora rotativa con una velocidad de 35.000-40.000 r\/min. A continuaci\u00f3n, sigue el rectificado manual con piedra de aceite, utilizando queroseno como lubricante o refrigerante. La secuencia de uso es 180# \u2192 240# \u2192 320# \u2192 400# \u2192 600# \u2192 800# \u2192 1000#.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-02-semi-finishing-polishing\">02. Semiacabado Pulido<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El pulido de semiacabado utiliza principalmente papel de lija y queroseno. La secuencia de uso del papel de lija es 400# \u2192 600# \u2192 800# \u2192 1000# \u2192 1200# \u2192 1500#. Tenga en cuenta que el papel de lija #1500 s\u00f3lo es adecuado para acero de molde endurecido (por encima de 52HRC) y no para acero preendurecido, ya que puede da\u00f1ar la superficie, impidiendo el efecto de pulido deseado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-03-fine-polishing\">03. Pulido fino<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El pulido fino utiliza principalmente pasta de pulido de diamante. Si se utiliza una rueda de tela de pulido mezclada con polvo o pasta de pulido de diamante, la secuencia de pulido t\u00edpica es 9\u03bcm (1800#) \u2192 6\u03bcm (3000#) \u2192 3\u03bcm (8000#). La pasta de pulido de diamante de 9\u03bcm y la rueda de tela de pulido pueden eliminar los ara\u00f1azos finos dejados por las lijas 1200# y 1500#. A continuaci\u00f3n, se sigue puliendo con fieltro y pasta de pulir de diamante en el orden: 1\u03bcm (14000#) \u2192 1\/2\u03bcm (60000#) \u2192 1\/4\u03bcm (100000#).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-04-polishing-environment\">04. Pulir el entorno<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El proceso de pulido debe completarse en dos zonas separadas: una para el desbaste y otra para el pulido fino. Es importante limpiar a fondo la pieza de trabajo entre etapas para eliminar cualquier part\u00edcula abrasiva del paso anterior. Tras completar el pulido basto con piedras de aceite hasta el papel de lija 1200#, la pieza debe trasladarse a una sala libre de polvo para pulirla y asegurarse de que no se adhieren part\u00edculas de polvo a la superficie del molde. Termine los procesos de pulido que requieran una precisi\u00f3n superior a 1\u03bcm en una sala de pulido limpia. Para un pulido a\u00fan m\u00e1s preciso, es necesario un entorno absolutamente limpio, ya que el polvo, el humo, la caspa y la saliva pueden arruinar la superficie pulida de alta precisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una vez finalizado el proceso de pulido, debemos proteger la superficie de la pieza del polvo. Pulido qu\u00edmico<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El pulido qu\u00edmico consiste en sumergir el material en un medio qu\u00edmico en el que las protuberancias microsc\u00f3picas de la superficie se disuelven preferentemente sobre las zonas rebajadas, dando como resultado una superficie lisa. Las principales ventajas de este m\u00e9todo son que no requiere equipos complejos, puede pulir piezas con formas complejas y puede pulir muchas piezas simult\u00e1neamente, lo que ofrece una gran eficacia. El principal reto del pulido qu\u00edmico reside en la preparaci\u00f3n de la soluci\u00f3n de pulido. Pulido electrol\u00edtico<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El principio b\u00e1sico del pulido electrol\u00edtico es similar al del pulido qu\u00edmico, en el que las protuberancias microsc\u00f3picas de la superficie del material se disuelven selectivamente, dando como resultado una superficie lisa. Comparado con el pulido qu\u00edmico, puede eliminar los efectos de las reacciones cat\u00f3dicas, ofreciendo mejores resultados. Pulido por ultrasonidos<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En el pulido por ultrasonidos, colocamos la pieza en una suspensi\u00f3n abrasiva y la sometemos a un campo ultras\u00f3nico. Las vibraciones ultras\u00f3nicas hacen que el abrasivo pula la superficie de la pieza. El procesado por ultrasonidos genera una fuerza macrosc\u00f3pica m\u00ednima, lo que evita la deformaci\u00f3n de la pieza de trabajo, pero el utillaje y la configuraci\u00f3n pueden resultar complicados. El procesado por ultrasonidos puede combinarse con m\u00e9todos qu\u00edmicos o electroqu\u00edmicos. Al aplicar vibraciones ultras\u00f3nicas para agitar la soluci\u00f3n, se eliminan los productos de disoluci\u00f3n en la superficie de la pieza, lo que garantiza una corrosi\u00f3n o electr\u00f3lisis uniforme cerca de la superficie.
