Sin embargo, el requisito previo es que primero hay que determinar la l\u00ednea de apertura. La superficie de contacto entre estos m\u00f3dulos se denomina l\u00ednea de partici\u00f3n, tambi\u00e9n conocida como superficie de partici\u00f3n. En sentido estricto, la l\u00ednea de partici\u00f3n se refiere a la superficie de partici\u00f3n en el contorno mayor de la pieza de pl\u00e1stico, que separa la cavidad y el n\u00facleo o los moldes anterior y posterior. En un sentido amplio, la l\u00ednea de apertura tambi\u00e9n incluye las l\u00edneas de apertura locales de la pieza de pl\u00e1stico (como las l\u00edneas de apertura de los orificios) y las l\u00edneas de apertura de todos los m\u00f3dulos que intervienen en el moldeo (como las correderas, <a href=\"https:\/\/firstmold.com\/es\/guides\/mold-lifter\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>elevadores acodados<\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/firstmold.com\/es\/guides\/mold-inserts\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>insertos<\/strong><\/a>, pasadores eyectores, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El l\u00edmite en el que la l\u00ednea de partici\u00f3n se cruza con la superficie de la pieza de pl\u00e1stico se denomina l\u00ednea de partici\u00f3n (PL). Dado que es imposible lograr un contacto completamente sin ranura entre los m\u00f3dulos de conformaci\u00f3n, esta ranura se transfiere a la pieza de pl\u00e1stico despu\u00e9s del moldeo, formando una marca residual parecida a un destello. La direcci\u00f3n de deslizamiento se muestra a continuaci\u00f3n. Elija una superficie para el sellado que aumente la resistencia del molde y evite las rebabas en la pieza de pl\u00e1stico.
