Hoy nos centraremos en comprender la presi\u00f3n de mantenimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-are-holding-pressure-and-holding-time\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 son la presi\u00f3n de mantenimiento y el tiempo de mantenimiento?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Todos sabemos que la presi\u00f3n se utiliza para vencer la resistencia al flujo y manifestar la velocidad. En t\u00e9rminos generales, la presi\u00f3n de inyecci\u00f3n incluye tanto la presi\u00f3n como la velocidad, mientras que la presi\u00f3n de mantenimiento s\u00f3lo implica la presi\u00f3n, no la velocidad. La presi\u00f3n de inyecci\u00f3n se refiere a la presi\u00f3n y la velocidad utilizadas para llenar la cavidad del molde con material fundido hasta 95% de su volumen, tras lo cual se pasa a la presi\u00f3n de mantenimiento. La presi\u00f3n de inyecci\u00f3n suele pasar de una velocidad lenta de alta presi\u00f3n a una velocidad r\u00e1pida de alta presi\u00f3n, y despu\u00e9s a una velocidad lenta de baja presi\u00f3n antes de pasar a la presi\u00f3n de mantenimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se aplica una presi\u00f3n de retenci\u00f3n despu\u00e9s de que el material fundido llene la cavidad del molde para evitar los huecos causados por <a href=\"https:\/\/firstmold.com\/es\/guides\/plastic-shrinkage\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>contracci\u00f3n por solidificaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/a> o debilidades en la posici\u00f3n de la compuerta, garantizando as\u00ed una resistencia suficiente de la pieza. Suele pasar de alta presi\u00f3n a baja velocidad (tiempo determinado por el grosor del producto) a baja presi\u00f3n a baja velocidad antes de pasar al almacenamiento de material.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La presi\u00f3n de mantenimiento significa que el husillo no se retrae inmediatamente tras la inyecci\u00f3n, sino que sigue ejerciendo presi\u00f3n sobre el material fundido en el extremo delantero. Durante la fase de mantenimiento, el pl\u00e1stico de la cavidad del molde se contrae debido al enfriamiento y, si la compuerta no est\u00e1 congelada, el tornillo avanza lentamente bajo la presi\u00f3n de mantenimiento, lo que permite inyectar m\u00e1s pl\u00e1stico en la cavidad para compensar la contracci\u00f3n. Generalmente, la presi\u00f3n de mantenimiento es menor que la presi\u00f3n de inyecci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El tiempo de retenci\u00f3n es la duraci\u00f3n que garantiza que la compuerta de producto est\u00e9 completamente congelada, impidiendo el reflujo. Si este tiempo es demasiado corto, pueden formarse abolladuras por contracci\u00f3n cerca de la compuerta. Si es demasiado largo, puede provocar una tensi\u00f3n interna excesiva y la protrusi\u00f3n de la compuerta. Determinar si la compuerta est\u00e1 congelada puede hacerse utilizando el m\u00e9todo de medici\u00f3n del peso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-transition-point\">Punto de transici\u00f3n<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Un concepto clave aqu\u00ed es el punto de transici\u00f3n. Generalmente, el punto de transici\u00f3n es cuando el producto se llena 95% bajo una presi\u00f3n de mantenimiento cero, pasando de inyecci\u00f3n a mantenimiento. Para los productos de pared fina, suele ser 98% de llenado. Para corredores desequilibrados, suele ser de 70%-80%, dependiendo de la situaci\u00f3n espec\u00edfica. Se recomienda la inyecci\u00f3n en varias etapas con velocidades lenta-r\u00e1pida-lenta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-impact-of-holding-pressure-and-holding-time-on-injection-molded-parts\">El impacto de la presi\u00f3n y el tiempo de mantenimiento en las piezas moldeadas por inyecci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-impact-of-holding-pressure\">Impacto de la presi\u00f3n de retenci\u00f3n:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Demasiado bajo:<\/strong> Resultados en <a href=\"https:\/\/firstmold.com\/es\/tips\/short-shot-in-injection-molding\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>disparos cortos<\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/firstmold.com\/es\/tips\/sink-marks\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>marcas de hundimiento<\/strong><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/firstmold.com\/es\/tips\/weld-lines\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>l\u00edneas de soldadura<\/strong><\/a>etc. Una presi\u00f3n de retenci\u00f3n insuficiente provoca una compresi\u00f3n insuficiente de la masa fundida de pl\u00e1stico en la cavidad del molde, lo que se traduce en una menor densidad y una mayor contracci\u00f3n al enfriarse, provocando que el volumen final sea inferior al volumen de la cavidad del molde.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Demasiado alto:<\/strong> Provoca alabeos, rebabas y casos graves de expansi\u00f3n del molde. Un exceso de pl\u00e1stico fundido se comprime en la cavidad del molde, y la contracci\u00f3n por enfriamiento no lo compensa adecuadamente, dando lugar a tensiones residuales. En otras palabras, el pl\u00e1stico comprimido en la cavidad del molde forma una alta presi\u00f3n en la cavidad que s\u00f3lo se disipa al enfriarse por completo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-impact-of-holding-time\">Impacto del tiempo de retenci\u00f3n:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Demasiado tiempo:<\/strong> Afecta a la duraci\u00f3n del ciclo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Demasiado corto:<\/strong> El resultado es un peso insuficiente, vac\u00edos internos y dimensiones m\u00e1s reducidas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Nota: La presi\u00f3n de mantenimiento afecta al tiempo de mantenimiento. Cuanto mayor sea la presi\u00f3n de mantenimiento, mayor ser\u00e1 el tiempo de mantenimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-setting-holding-pressure-and-holding-time\">Ajuste de la presi\u00f3n de mantenimiento y del tiempo de mantenimiento<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La presi\u00f3n de mantenimiento se suele ajustar entre las presiones de mantenimiento m\u00ednima y m\u00e1xima, generalmente de baja a alta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Presi\u00f3n m\u00ednima de mantenimiento:<\/strong> Bas\u00e1ndose en el punto de transici\u00f3n preciso, proporciona una presi\u00f3n de mantenimiento suficiente para evitar el llenado insuficiente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Presi\u00f3n de retenci\u00f3n m\u00e1xima:<\/strong> Bas\u00e1ndose en el punto de transici\u00f3n exacto, proporciona la presi\u00f3n de mantenimiento justo antes de que se produzca el parpadeo. Este rango indica la ventana de procesamiento segura para el producto.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>En t\u00e9rminos generales:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Presi\u00f3n de retenci\u00f3n PA = 50% de la presi\u00f3n de inyecci\u00f3n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/firstmold.com\/es\/guides\/pom-plastic\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>POM<\/strong><\/a> Presi\u00f3n de mantenimiento = 80% de la presi\u00f3n de inyecci\u00f3n (puede ser 100% para una gran precisi\u00f3n dimensional)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PP\/PE Presi\u00f3n de mantenimiento = 30-50% de presi\u00f3n de inyecci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-classic-steps-for-setting-holding-time\">Pasos cl\u00e1sicos para fijar el tiempo de espera:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ajuste la temperatura de fusi\u00f3n en el rango medio de los valores recomendados por el fabricante.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajuste la velocidad de inyecci\u00f3n de llenado, el punto de transici\u00f3n y el tiempo de enfriamiento a valores seguros.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajuste la presi\u00f3n de mantenimiento (consulte los pasos anteriores).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Establezca diferentes tiempos de mantenimiento, observando que el aumento del tiempo de mantenimiento reduce el tiempo de enfriamiento, manteniendo el mismo ciclo. Pese las piezas en diferentes condiciones de mantenimiento, introduzca los datos en una hoja de Excel y trace la curva peso-presi\u00f3n de mantenimiento.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Determine el intervalo de tiempo en el que el peso de la pieza no cambia significativamente. El tiempo justo antes de este intervalo es el tiempo de sellado de la puerta. Normalmente, fije el tiempo de mantenimiento 0,5-2 segundos m\u00e1s largo que el tiempo de sellado de la compuerta.<\/li>\n<\/ol>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Comprender los
