Secci\u00f3n transversal de la compuerta y del canal peque\u00f1a<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si el \u00e1rea de la secci\u00f3n transversal de la compuerta y el canal del molde es demasiado peque\u00f1a, aumenta la resistencia al llenado, impidiendo el flujo suave de la masa fundida y dando lugar a marcas onduladas. Para solucionar este problema, es aconsejable ampliar el \u00e1rea de la secci\u00f3n transversal de la compuerta y el canal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-improper-design-of-cold-slug-wells\">2. Dise\u00f1o inadecuado de los pozos slug fr\u00edos<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si el material fr\u00edo entra en la cavidad, puede producir marcas onduladas. Por lo tanto, deben colocarse grandes trampas de babosas fr\u00edas en los extremos de los canales principales y secundarios del molde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-improper-design-of-the-cooling-system\">3. Dise\u00f1o inadecuado del sistema de refrigeraci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si el sistema de refrigeraci\u00f3n del molde est\u00e1 mal dise\u00f1ado, lo que provoca un enfriamiento desigual, puede causar marcas onduladas. En este caso, debe reevaluarse el dise\u00f1o del sistema de refrigeraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-4-improper-design-of-gate-location-and-shape\">4. Dise\u00f1o inadecuado de la ubicaci\u00f3n y la forma de la compuerta<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si la ubicaci\u00f3n y la forma de la compuerta est\u00e1n mal dise\u00f1adas, cuando la masa fundida pasa de una secci\u00f3n estrecha del canal a una secci\u00f3n mayor de la cavidad, puede generar f\u00e1cilmente turbulencias, lo que conduce a la formaci\u00f3n de marcas onduladas. Por lo tanto, la compuerta debe dise\u00f1arse en secciones gruesas o directamente en la pared lateral, preferiblemente en forma de abanico o de pel\u00edcula.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-5-volatile-gases-produced-during-plasticization\">5. Gases vol\u00e1tiles producidos durante la plastificaci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Algunos materiales pl\u00e1sticos, como el ABS u otras resinas copol\u00edmeras, producen gases vol\u00e1tiles a altas temperaturas durante la plastificaci\u00f3n, lo que provoca marcas de flujo ondulado en forma de nube en la superficie de las piezas de pl\u00e1stico. Para solucionar este problema, se puede reducir adecuadamente la temperatura de transformaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-6-poor-fluidity\">6. Poca fluidez<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Algunas resinas, como <a href=\"https:\/\/firstmold.com\/es\/guides\/pc-plastic\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>PC<\/strong><\/a>, tienen una fluidez deficiente. Las resinas de la misma marca tambi\u00e9n pueden diferir en fluidez, y una fluidez deficiente suele ser una de las principales causas de las marcas de flujo. Por lo tanto, deben utilizarse resinas con buena fluidez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-7-insufficient-lubricant-in-the-material\">7. Insuficiente lubricante en el material<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si hay demasiado poco lubricante, la masa fundida tiene poca fluidez, lo que provoca marcas de fluidez. Por lo tanto, debe aumentarse adecuadamente la cantidad de aditivos lubricantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-8-holding-pressure-time-is-too-short\">8. Esto puede solucionarse ampliando el tiempo de presi\u00f3n de mantenimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-9-the-mold-temperature-is-too-low\">9. La temperatura del molde es demasiado baja<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si el <a href=\"https:\/\/firstmold.com\/es\/guides\/mold-temperature\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>temperatura del molde<\/strong><\/a> es demasiado baja, la masa fundida fluye lentamente, lo que provoca marcas de flujo. Para solucionarlo, reduzca la cantidad de agua de refrigeraci\u00f3n que entra y compruebe si el sistema de calentamiento del molde funciona correctamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-10-improper-injection-speed\">10. Velocidad de inyecci\u00f3n inadecuada<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si la velocidad de inyecci\u00f3n es demasiado r\u00e1pida, la masa fundida fluye con demasiada rapidez, provocando turbulencias en la cavidad y dando lugar a marcas de flujo. Para solucionar esto, se puede reducir adecuadamente la velocidad de inyecci\u00f3n o utilizar una inyecci\u00f3n escalonada lento-r\u00e1pido-lento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si la velocidad de inyecci\u00f3n es demasiado lenta, la masa fundida fluye lentamente, provocando reflujo y estancamiento en la cavidad, lo que lleva a la formaci\u00f3n de marcas de flujo. En este caso, debe aumentarse adecuadamente la velocidad de inyecci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-solutions-for-wave-flow-marks\">Soluciones para las marcas de flujo ondulatorio<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2460 Cambiar las condiciones del proceso. El uso de inyecci\u00f3n a alta presi\u00f3n y baja velocidad puede mantener la estabilidad del flujo de la masa fundida, evitando as\u00ed la aparici\u00f3n de marcas onduladas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2461 Aumente la temperatura del molde. A medida que aumenta la temperatura del molde, mejora la fluidez de la masa fundida. En el caso de los pol\u00edmeros cristalinos, una temperatura m\u00e1s alta facilita la cristalizaci\u00f3n uniforme, reduciendo as\u00ed la aparici\u00f3n de marcas onduladas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2462 Cambiar la estructura de la cavidad del molde. La estructura del molde tambi\u00e9n puede causar marcas onduladas en la superficie del producto. Si los bordes del n\u00facleo del molde son demasiado afilados, puede provocar un flujo inestable de la masa fundida, lo que lleva a la formaci\u00f3n de marcas de ondas. Por lo tanto, cambiar los bordes afilados del n\u00facleo del molde por una transici\u00f3n amortiguada puede mantener la estabilidad del flujo de la masa fundida y evitar las marcas de ola.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2463 Cambiar el grosor del producto. El grosor desigual del producto puede hacer que var\u00ede la resistencia al flujo de la masa fundida, provocando un flujo inestable de la misma. Mala transici\u00f3n entre la puerta y la pared del molde<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si la transici\u00f3n entre la compuerta y la pared del molde es deficiente, es probable que se produzcan marcas de chorro. Por lo tanto, es mejor utilizar una transici\u00f3n redondeada entre la compuerta y la pared del molde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-the-gate-is-too-small\">2. La puerta es demasiado peque\u00f1a<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si la compuerta es demasiado peque\u00f1a, el pl\u00e1stico experimentar\u00e1 una tasa de cizallamiento y una tensi\u00f3n de cizallamiento elevadas cuando fluya a trav\u00e9s de la compuerta, lo que hace que las compuertas peque\u00f1as sean propensas a las marcas de chorro. Por lo tanto, el tama\u00f1o de la compuerta no debe ser demasiado peque\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-improper-gate-location\">3. Ubicaci\u00f3n inadecuada de la puerta<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si la compuerta se enfrenta directamente a una cavidad profunda, es f\u00e1cil que se produzcan marcas de chorro. Por lo tanto, al dise\u00f1ar la compuerta, debe evitarse que se enfrente directamente a una cavidad profunda y debe utilizarse la inyecci\u00f3n de barrera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-4-the-fluidity-of-the-material-is-too-high\">4. La fluidez del material es demasiado alta<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si el material en s\u00ed tiene buena fluidez, como la PA, debemos establecer las condiciones de moldeo de acuerdo con las caracter\u00edsticas del material.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-5-too-much-lubricant-in-the-material\">5. Demasiado lubricante en el material<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cuando se a\u00f1ade demasiado lubricante, las cadenas moleculares del interior del material est\u00e1n relativamente sueltas. A altas temperaturas y alta presi\u00f3n, la fluidez del material aumenta, por lo que es f\u00e1cil que se produzcan marcas de chorro. Por lo tanto, es mejor reducir la cantidad de lubricante adecuadamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-6-the-injection-speed-is-too-fast\">6. La velocidad de inyecci\u00f3n es demasiado r\u00e1pida<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para las marcas de chorro causadas por este tipo de motivo, se soluciona principalmente bajando la velocidad de inyecci\u00f3n inicial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-7-the-mold-temperature-is-too-low\">7. La temperatura del molde es demasiado baja<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si la temperatura del molde es demasiado baja, el pl\u00e1stico de la parte frontal que entra en la cavidad puede enfriarse f\u00e1cilmente, haciendo que el pl\u00e1stico de la parte frontal no se adhiera firmemente al pl\u00e1stico posterior, lo que produce marcas de chorro. Por lo tanto, debemos aumentar la temperatura del molde adecuadamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-8-the-melt-temperature-is-too-low\">8. La temperatura de fusi\u00f3n es demasiado baja<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si la temperatura de fusi\u00f3n es demasiado baja, es f\u00e1cil que se produzcan marcas de chorro. Por lo tanto, debemos aumentar adecuadamente la temperatura de fusi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-solutions-for-jetting-marks\">Soluciones para las marcas de chorro<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2460 Cambiar las condiciones del proceso. El uso de inyecci\u00f3n a alta presi\u00f3n y baja velocidad puede aumentar el tiempo de flujo de la masa fundida el\u00e1stica en la misma longitud de flujo, aumentando el grado de fallo el\u00e1stico, reduciendo as\u00ed la aparici\u00f3n de marcas radiales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2461 Cambiar la forma de la compuerta del molde. Agrandar la compuerta o cambiarla a una forma de abanico puede permitir que la masa fundida recupere cierta elasticidad antes de entrar en la cavidad del molde, evitando la ruptura de la masa fundida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2462 Prolongue la longitud de la compuerta principal del molde. Permitir que la masa fundida falle el\u00e1sticamente antes de entrar en la cavidad del molde tambi\u00e9n puede evitar la ruptura de la masa fundida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2463 Equipar con una boquilla extendida.
