Hoy vamos a profundizar en la siguiente estructura de este sistema: el canal y el subcanal del molde. Al igual que el bebedero, muchos <a href=\"https:\/\/firstmold.com\/es\/tips\/mold-design\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>dise\u00f1adores de moldes<\/strong><\/a> a menudo pasan por alto la estructura de los canales y subcanales debido a sus normas de dise\u00f1o fijas y relativamente sencillas. Si quiere convertirse en un dise\u00f1ador de moldes de primera categor\u00eda y entregar moldes de m\u00e1xima calidad que satisfagan a los clientes, domine todos los detalles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-is-runner-and-sub-runner\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 es el corredor y el subcorredor?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Como es habitual, repasemos primero todo el sistema de alimentaci\u00f3n para una mejor comprensi\u00f3n de este art\u00edculo. El sistema de alimentaci\u00f3n comprende estructuras que transfieren pl\u00e1stico fundido desde el barril de la <a href=\"https:\/\/firstmold.com\/es\/guides\/injection-molding-machine\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>m\u00e1quina de moldeo por inyecci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/a> en el <a href=\"https:\/\/firstmold.com\/es\/guides\/mold-cavity-and-mold-core\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>cavidad del molde<\/strong><\/a>. Tras expulsar el pl\u00e1stico fundido por la boquilla de la m\u00e1quina, el pl\u00e1stico fundido pasa por el bebedero, el canal, el subcanal y el <a href=\"https:\/\/firstmold.com\/es\/guides\/injection-molding-gate\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>puerta<\/strong><\/a>y finalmente rellena la cavidad para formar piezas de pl\u00e1stico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por lo tanto, el canal es el paso entre el bebedero y la compuerta, que sirve como secci\u00f3n de transici\u00f3n por donde fluye el pl\u00e1stico fundido desde el bebedero a la cavidad, responsable de redirigir suavemente el flujo de la masa fundida. Ofrecen ventajas como la facilidad de fabricaci\u00f3n, un dise\u00f1o de utillaje sencillo y una distribuci\u00f3n uniforme del flujo. Las dimensiones de la secci\u00f3n transversal rectangular pueden ajustarse en funci\u00f3n de los requisitos espec\u00edficos de moldeo de la pieza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-trapezoidal-cross-section\">Secci\u00f3n transversal trapezoidal: <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los canales de forma trapezoidal son otra opci\u00f3n en el dise\u00f1o de canales de molde. Esta forma ayuda a promover un mejor flujo y reduce la ca\u00edda de presi\u00f3n, lo que se traduce en un mejor llenado de las cavidades del molde. El extremo m\u00e1s ancho del trapezoide suele conectarse al bebedero, mientras que el extremo m\u00e1s estrecho se conecta a la compuerta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-circular-cross-section\">Secci\u00f3n transversal circular: <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En algunos casos, las canaletas circulares pueden ser la primera opci\u00f3n. Estos canales ofrecen unas caracter\u00edsticas de flujo excelentes y son especialmente adecuados para piezas con geometr\u00edas complejas o cuando se requiere un flujo equilibrado. El di\u00e1metro de la secci\u00f3n circular debe determinarse cuidadosamente para garantizar un flujo \u00f3ptimo y minimizar la p\u00e9rdida de presi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-semi-circular-cross-section\">Secci\u00f3n transversal semicircular: <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El canal semicircular presenta un perfil semicircular. Esta forma favorece el flujo suave del material y ayuda a minimizar la ca\u00edda de presi\u00f3n. Suele utilizarse cuando el flujo equilibrado y la p\u00e9rdida de presi\u00f3n reducida son fundamentales. El di\u00e1metro de la secci\u00f3n transversal semicircular debe tener el tama\u00f1o adecuado para adaptarse a los requisitos de flujo del proceso espec\u00edfico de moldeo por inyecci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-u-shaped-cross-section\">Secci\u00f3n transversal en forma de U: <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un canal en forma de \"U\" tiene un fondo curvado y dos paredes verticales que forman la forma de una \"U\". Este dise\u00f1o facilita un flujo eficaz del material y permite separar m\u00e1s f\u00e1cilmente el sistema de canal de la pieza moldeada. Cada forma tiene sus ventajas y se elige en funci\u00f3n de las necesidades espec\u00edficas del proceso de moldeo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-size-of-the-mold-runners-and-sub-runners\">El tama\u00f1o de las correderas y subcorrederas del molde<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La forma y el tama\u00f1o de las canales del molde dependen de varios factores, como el dise\u00f1o del producto, la construcci\u00f3n del molde y los requisitos espec\u00edficos del proceso de moldeo por inyecci\u00f3n. Aunque el tama\u00f1o del producto y el grosor de las paredes pueden influir en el dise\u00f1o del canal, no es exacto afirmar que los canales de mayor secci\u00f3n transversal sean siempre m\u00e1s eficaces para facilitar el proceso de llenado. El comportamiento del flujo de material, la geometr\u00eda de la pieza, la ubicaci\u00f3n de la compuerta y los par\u00e1metros del proceso determinan el dise\u00f1o \u00f3ptimo de la canal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s, la longitud del canal no afecta directamente a la viscosidad del pl\u00e1stico. En un sistema de canal equilibrado, la longitud, la forma y las dimensiones de la secci\u00f3n transversal de los canales desde el bebedero hasta cada cavidad se dise\u00f1an para que sean iguales. Esto ayuda a conseguir el equilibrio t\u00e9rmico y el equilibrio del flujo de pl\u00e1stico en cada cavidad, lo que se traduce en una calidad constante de la pieza. Por otro lado, un sistema de canal no equilibrado permite que el pl\u00e1stico entre en cada cavidad en momentos diferentes, lo que provoca variaciones en el proceso de llenado y puede producir piezas diferentes. Esto garantiza que el centro proyectado de las cavidades y las correderas se alinee con el centro de la fuerza de cierre de la m\u00e1quina de inyecci\u00f3n. De este modo, podemos evitar momentos de inclinaci\u00f3n adicionales durante una inyecci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un sistema de canal equilibrado es ventajoso ya que permite una inyecci\u00f3n consistente y <a href=\"https:\/\/firstmold.com\/es\/guides\/holding-pressure-and-holding-time\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>presi\u00f3n de mantenimiento<\/strong><\/a> en todas las cavidades. Esto es especialmente beneficioso para los moldes de varias cavidades en los que se desea mantener la uniformidad en la producci\u00f3n de todos los productos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-design-principles-of-runners-amp-sub-runners\">Principios de dise\u00f1o de corredores y subcorredores<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Aseg\u00farese de que el pl\u00e1stico fundido entra r\u00e1pidamente en la cavidad con la menor distancia y la m\u00ednima p\u00e9rdida de presi\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Permiten que la masa fundida entre en la cavidad simult\u00e1neamente desde varias compuertas en condiciones id\u00e9nticas de temperatura y presi\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aunque las \u00e1reas de secci\u00f3n transversal m\u00e1s grandes facilitan el moldeo y garantizan una presi\u00f3n de envasado adecuada, teniendo en cuenta el ahorro de material, procure \u00e1reas de secci\u00f3n transversal m\u00e1s peque\u00f1as para minimizar el consumo de pl\u00e1stico, lo que tambi\u00e9n reduce el tiempo de enfriamiento.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Para conservar el material y favorecer la refrigeraci\u00f3n, procure que la relaci\u00f3n superficie\/volumen de los patines sea m\u00ednima.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La rugosidad de la superficie de los patines no debe ser demasiado baja para evitar el arrastre de material fr\u00edo a la cavidad; normalmente, un valor Ra de 1,6 \u03bcm es suficiente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Los canales y las compuertas suelen estar conectados con pendientes y arcos, lo que favorece el flujo y el llenado del pl\u00e1stico fundido al tiempo que reduce la resistencia al flujo.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-is-it-necessary-to-design-the-sub-runner-in-the-mold-runner-design\">\u00bfEs necesario dise\u00f1ar el canal secundario en el dise\u00f1o del canal de moldeo?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un subcanal se suele utilizar cuando es necesario dividir el flujo de pl\u00e1stico fundido en distintas direcciones dentro de la cavidad del molde. Puede ayudar a facilitar el llenado de moldes complejos o con varias cavidades dirigiendo el flujo a zonas o componentes espec\u00edficos de la pieza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sin embargo, en algunos casos, un dise\u00f1o de canal simple sin subcorredor puede ser suficiente para conseguir el llenado de molde y la calidad de pieza deseados.
