Die Wellenl\u00e4nge der von einem Lautsprecher abgestrahlten Schallwellen verk\u00fcrzt sich mit zunehmender Frequenz. Wenn die Wellenl\u00e4nge mit den physikalischen Abmessungen des Lautsprechers vergleichbar wird, entwickelt die abgestrahlte Schallwelle aufgrund von Beugung und Interferenz eine ausgepr\u00e4gte Richtwirkung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Richtwirkung eines Lautsprechers charakterisiert seine F\u00e4higkeit, Schall in verschiedene Richtungen abzustrahlen, und ist frequenzabh\u00e4ngig. Schall mit hohen Frequenzen weist eine st\u00e4rkere Richtwirkung auf, w\u00e4hrend Schall mit niedrigen Frequenzen eine relativ geringe Richtwirkung hat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em><strong>Subwoofer und Tieftonlautsprecher:<\/strong><\/em>&nbsp;Die Richtung der Schallabstrahlung ist nicht eingeschr\u00e4nkt. Das Geh\u00e4use kann \u00fcberall im H\u00f6rbereich aufgestellt werden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em>Vollbereichs-, Mittelbereichs- und Hochtonlautsprecher:<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;Der Lautsprecher sollte idealerweise direkt auf die H\u00f6rposition ausgerichtet sein. Es ist ratsam, lange streifenf\u00f6rmige und extrem schmale Lautsprecher so weit wie m\u00f6glich zu vermeiden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Gr\u00f6\u00dfe des Lautsprechers sollte auf der Grundlage der Gr\u00f6\u00dfe des Geh\u00e4uses und seines Nettovolumens ausgew\u00e4hlt werden. In \u00dcbereinstimmung mit den Konstruktionsprinzipien des Lautsprechersystems ist es notwendig, geeignete T\/S-Parameter und elektroakustische Parameter f\u00fcr den Lautsprecher zu w\u00e4hlen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-selection-of-driver-magnet\">Auswahl des Treibermagneten<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Externe Magnete (Ferritmagnete) sind kosteng\u00fcnstig, nehmen aber viel Platz ein, was das effektive Volumen im Lautsprechergeh\u00e4use verringert. Interne Magnete (Seltenerdmagnete) sind teurer, ben\u00f6tigen aber weniger Platz, bieten ein gr\u00f6\u00dferes nutzbares Volumen im Geh\u00e4use und eine bessere magnetische Leistung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-selection-of-cone\">Auswahl des Kegels<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Als Kegelformen werden in der Regel geradlinige Kegel und Exponentialkegel verwendet. Geradlinige Kegel haben einen einfachen Herstellungsprozess, aber eine relativ schlechte Hochfrequenzleistung, w\u00e4hrend exponentielle Kegel eine bessere Hochfrequenzleistung bieten. Unter besonderen Umst\u00e4nden k\u00f6nnen auch Doppelkonusformen verwendet werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zu den wichtigsten Materialien f\u00fcr Kegel geh\u00f6ren Naturfasern (Pflanzenfasern, tierische Fasern), Chemiefasern (Chemiefasern, synthetische Fasern), anorganische Fasern, Kunststoffe (z. B., <a href=\"https:\/\/firstmold.com\/de\/guides\/pp-plastic\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>PP<\/strong><\/a> Konen) und Metalle (z. B. Aluminium). Die Auswahl kann nach den Anforderungen an Klangfarbe und Kosten erfolgen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-enclosure-design\">Geh\u00e4usedesign<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei der Auslegung der Gr\u00f6\u00dfe des Lautsprechergeh\u00e4uses m\u00fcssen die Parameter des Lautsprechers mit dem Nettovolumen innerhalb des Geh\u00e4uses kombiniert werden. Nur wenn beide optimal aufeinander abgestimmt sind, kann die Klangleistung bei niedrigen Frequenzen maximiert werden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei den Geh\u00e4usematerialien handelt es sich im Allgemeinen um Holz und Kunststoff, und die Dicke des Materials wird auf der Grundlage der Schwingungen des Geh\u00e4uses und der im Inneren erzeugten Resonanz bestimmt. Wenn die Bedingungen es zulassen, versuchen Sie, eine dickere Wand zu verwenden und f\u00fcgen Sie in angemessener Weise <a href=\"https:\/\/firstmold.com\/de\/tips\/rib-design\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Verst\u00e4rkungsrippen<\/strong><\/a> an der Innenwand, um Geh\u00e4useschwingungen zu reduzieren und akustische Resonanzen im Inneren des Geh\u00e4uses zu unterdr\u00fccken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Geh\u00e4use muss gut abgedichtet sein und darf keine Luftlecks oder \u00e4hnliche Probleme aufweisen, damit keine Windger\u00e4usche entstehen und die Leistung bei niedrigen Frequenzen nicht beeintr\u00e4chtigt wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Design der \u00d6ffnung in einem Bassreflexgeh\u00e4use spielt eine entscheidende Rolle f\u00fcr die tieffrequente Grenzfrequenz des Lautsprechers. Die Position und Form der \u00d6ffnung m\u00fcssen einen reibungslosen Luftstrom im Geh\u00e4use gew\u00e4hrleisten, um Verzerrungen im Tieftonbereich und Windger\u00e4usche zu reduzieren. Die L\u00e4nge und die Querschnittsfl\u00e4che der \u00d6ffnung werden auf der Grundlage des Geh\u00e4usevolumens und der relevanten Lautsprecherparameter entworfen und angepasst. Bei dieser Konstruktion wird die \u00d6ffnung durch einen Passivradiator ersetzt. Durch eine geeignete Steuerung kann der durch die Vibration des Passivstrahlers erzeugte Strahlungsschall in Phase mit dem nach vorne abgestrahlten Schall des Lautsprechers gebracht werden, wodurch die Tieffrequenzeigenschaften des Lautsprechers verbessert und die Tieffrequenzwiedergabe erh\u00f6ht werden. Die innere Struktur des Geh\u00e4uses muss eine gleichm\u00e4\u00dfige Luftstr\u00f6mung im Inneren des Geh\u00e4uses gew\u00e4hrleisten. Entwerfen Sie die Querschnitte an beiden Enden der \u00d6ffnung mit einem allm\u00e4hlichen \u00dcbergang, um die Erzeugung von \u201cknallenden\u201d Windger\u00e4uschen an den \u00d6ffnungen zu vermeiden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Um zu verhindern, dass Schallwellen im Inneren des Geh\u00e4uses Resonanzen erzeugen, muss die Geh\u00e4useschale ausreichend stabil sein, d. h. es m\u00fcssen Verst\u00e4rkungsrippen im Inneren angebracht und die Verbindung zwischen der vorderen und hinteren Abdeckung verst\u00e4rkt werden. F\u00fcgen Sie schallabsorbierendes Material im Inneren des Geh\u00e4uses hinzu, und bringen Sie es dicht an der Innenwand des Geh\u00e4uses an.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-acoustic-radiation-design\">Akustische Abstrahlung Design<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Versuchen Sie zu vermeiden, dass externe Strukturen die Tonausgangsstellen blockieren (einschlie\u00dflich der Ausgangsstelle des Anschlusses). Am besten ist es, wenn der Lautsprechertreiber direkt freiliegt. Die n\u00e4chstbeste Methode ist die Verwendung von Materialien mit h\u00f6herer akustischer Transparenz, wie z. B. Lautsprechergittergewebe, Stahlgewebe usw.; dann folgen Kunststoffplatten mit gro\u00dfen L\u00f6chern; versuchen Sie, Ausgangsplatten mit kleinen L\u00f6chern zu vermeiden.
