Kleine oder tragbare Gussformen haben in der Regel 2. Zur weiteren Verbesserung der Ma\u00dfgenauigkeit und der Oberfl\u00e4chenrauheit ist nach dem Au\u00dfenschleifen ein zus\u00e4tzliches Schleifen mit einem Rand von 0,01-0,015 mm vorzunehmen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn eine Drehmaschine zum Einspannen und Schleifen von F\u00fchrungsstiften verwendet wird, kommt in der Regel eine Spannvorrichtung zum Einsatz. Auf die geschliffene Oberfl\u00e4che wird eine gleichm\u00e4\u00dfige Schicht Schleifmittel aufgetragen, und der F\u00fchrungsstift wird mit einem Schleifring f\u00fcr eine manuelle axiale Hin- und Herbewegung versehen. Der F\u00fchrungsstift wird von der Spindel in Umfangsrichtung gedreht, wodurch das Schleifen erreicht wird. Alternativ kann f\u00fcr die Massenproduktion auch eine Schleifscheibe verwendet werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-processing-of-bushings\">Verarbeitung von Buchsen<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Nach dem Schruppdrehen, bei dem eine Schleifspanne von 0,3 mm verbleibt, werden die Buchsen einer W\u00e4rmebehandlung unterzogen (Aufkohlung mit einer Tiefe von 0,8 bis 1,2 mm, geh\u00e4rtet auf 58-62 HRC) und innen und au\u00dfen geschliffen. Aufgrund der hohen Pr\u00e4zision und Koaxialit\u00e4t, die f\u00fcr die Anpassung erforderlich sind, wird zuerst das Innenschleifen durchgef\u00fchrt, gefolgt vom Einpassen mit einem Dorn f\u00fcr das Au\u00dfenschleifen. Wenn das Au\u00dfenschleifen nicht kritisch ist, kann es weggelassen werden. Wenn beim Innenschleifen ein Spielraum von 0,01 bis 0,015 mm verbleibt, ist m\u00f6glicherweise ein weiteres Honen f\u00fcr die Pr\u00e4zision erforderlich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-customizing-guide-pins-and-bushings\">Anpassung von F\u00fchrungsstiften und Buchsen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei der Bestellung von F\u00fchrungsstiften und -buchsen sollten Werkzeugbaubetriebe Folgendes beachten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-material-selection\">1.
