Der Anguss ist eine der drei wichtigsten Strukturen des Werkzeugs, <a href=\"https:\/\/firstmold.com\/de\/guides\/mold-runner\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>L\u00e4ufer<\/strong><\/a>und <a href=\"https:\/\/firstmold.com\/de\/guides\/injection-molding-gate\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Tor<\/strong><\/a>. Ich werde in drei separaten Artikeln auf jeden einzelnen eingehen. Das Wissen \u00fcber Ang\u00fcsse ist relativ begrenzt; dieser Artikel wird die Konstruktionsprinzipien von Ang\u00fcssen hervorheben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Verst\u00e4ndnis des Angusses ist besonders wichtig f\u00fcr <a href=\"https:\/\/firstmold.com\/de\/tips\/mold-design\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Formenbauer<\/strong><\/a> und Fachleuten f\u00fcr Formgebung und Spritzguss. Produktdesigner ben\u00f6tigen nur ein grundlegendes Verst\u00e4ndnis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-is-a-sprue\">Was ist ein Anguss?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Zum besseren Verst\u00e4ndnis dieses Konzepts sei noch einmal das Gie\u00dfsystem von Formen genannt: Es ist der Flie\u00dfkanal, durch den der von der D\u00fcse der Spritzgie\u00dfmaschine eingespritzte Kunststoff in die Kavit\u00e4t gelangt. Er besteht aus dem Anguss, den Ang\u00fcssen, den Anschnitten und den kalten Vertiefungen. Er erstreckt sich von der Kontaktstelle mit der D\u00fcse der Form bis zu den Ang\u00fcssen. Bei Kunststoffen mit schlechter Flie\u00dff\u00e4higkeit kann \u03b1 6\u00b0 bis 10\u00b0 betragen, wobei die Rauheit der Innenwand im Allgemeinen bei Ra 0,8 \u03bcm liegt. Der Einlaufdurchmesser liegt in der Regel zwischen 4 und 8 mm. Wenn die Schmelze gut flie\u00dft und das Produkt klein ist, bevorzugen wir einen kleineren Durchmesser; andernfalls ist es besser, einen gr\u00f6\u00dferen Durchmesser zu
